We were there only customers. The loud female adult spent the entire time entertaining the younger workers with movie info from... her phone. Food prep was slow. They were loud and obnoxious. Slow, unorganized. Watched my food sit there and had to ask someone to bag up my food. I truly feel the only reason why this... place gets business is because of the location. This location is a mess! Went there the other night and waited in the normal 20-30 minute drive thru line. When i got up to the... window i could see the employees all goofing off. Got my shake it looked like it had been frozen then left on the counter forhours. I did not eat it. The worst part was the girl who served our food was eating an ice cream. GROSS!! They were slightly busy but they made sure to get everything out timely and correct! The service is wonderful, the cashier felt... our food took too long to be done and she forgot a drink, so she gave us a coupon for a free meal. I wasn't upset and wasn'texpecting anything like that, so I thought it was very very kind of her to do that. I just moved in to this neighborhood and took my kids to this Arctic Circle for lunch and to play in the play place. It was a... bad experience from the start. The employees didn't acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes, and we were the only ones in line toorder. The play-place had 6 to 8 big noisy teenagers playing in and on the little kids play area, so my kids didn't dare gonear. The food just didn't taste good but maybe that was just from the bad experience we were having. This Arctic Circle ispractically in my back yard, but I won't be going there again. I've wondered why they don't seem to get much business. I think Ijust found out why. Read more
I haven't been to Artic Circle in a long time. So I decided to treat myself to a Mushroom Swiss burger. The burger was good... but on high end of the price spectrum for just a burger. I feel I could gotten a better deal elsewhere. Read more
Ive been to this location many times over the last ten years. The food is Arctic Circle....you know what you are going to... get. What stands out about this location is the service. I've never had an order mistake and the people there are excellent. Iwish this management team was in charge of Culver's and McDonalds, too. Read more
