I'll give them two stars because I did get my book, however I feel the customer service & the information regarding my book,... it's arrival date & the hold time for it was dreadful. When I pre-ordered the book the day it hit the news it was being releasednationwide went & placed my order, I get it being backlogged because of its popularity & demand. However I was told it wouldarrive on August 29th, it didn't arrive until Septmeber 13th. When I answered the call they told me it would only until the endof today & if I didn't get it in time they would give it away when I was told 5 days hold time. I go out of state for work so Iwould have been disappointed had I not been able to make it til the 15th or after that day to get it only to find it given away.I am also rather dismayed that after I left & came back into the store to take a photo of my new book, two girls from the coffeeshop ran after me like I was stealing after I just paid for my book at the front with Shannon as my cashier. I've been to otherBarnes & Noble locations in Utah & even Reno Nevada & I've been treated better. I think from this point on I will avoid thislocation like the plague because of these negative experiences. ???? Read more

Clean, well-organized, Starbucks for some redistributes, and multiple sitting areas to relax and read a great new book. While I... purchase mostly digital books these days, i do occasionally like to pick up physical books. While you can read a synopsisonline, it's nice to actually read a bit of a book in person before deciding if you want to pay for it. Hopefully, thislocation will be able to stay in business with the shift of the industry. It would be a shame to lose it! Read more

I like to buy books at Barnes and Noble because it has a lot of my favorite graphic novels and manga. I like Barnes and Noble... because of the atmosphere where you can read and enjoy a good meal at the cafe. I love how the employees are very nice and kind.When they ask you if you're finding everything okay, or they help you find a book at the customer service desk. They also havereasonable prices for the books that you need to get there as well for magazines and books. I love the different variety ofbooks that you can look at there at Barnes and Noble, from action and adventure to horror and drama. The list goes on. Read more

Great location. Very clean. Has a ton of options. Wasn't crazy busy. I wish I could buy everything in the store. I love all the... random things you can buy besides books. They have a ton of games, music, and artsy fun things. Here's a smart thing to dothough, check on Amazon. MOST of the time, whatever you're looking at is cheaper on Amazon. You have to decide if paying more isworth the few days it takes for your order to come from Amazon. And of course, you have to support Amazon instead of Barnes &Noble Read more
