Not a very pleasant experience. They never understood my order and of course gave me the wrong coffee and on top of that the... taste of the coffee was terrible. The girls didn?t knew the items of the menu not even made an effort to try to make my orderright. They need better training and supervision. I think they gave what was leftover of the coffee from the entire day. Justterrible. Read more

My daughter and I went to the drive thru this afternoon and ordered a tall hot vanilla latte and small frozen lemonade. When... we got to the window, we were given the wrong order...I undertand, mistakes happen. No big deal. , I gave the barista myorder again, as well as my credit card. When I went to sign the receipt, I saw that the total was over $16. And brought thisto her attention.. Her response to me was "Your whole order has been a disaster"....for 2 drinks??? She told me she refundedthe incorrect total on my credit card. I wanted a new receipt as a back up... Which I never got. And our drinks?? ..Shegave us an iced vanilla latte instead of a hot one..but by this point, I just wanted to be done. I check my credit cardstatement tonight and no, she didn't refund me... I was charged $16.82 for a small frozen lemonade and a tall iced vanillacoffee. I will never go back to this place again.. Read more

The staff are always super friendly. If you are looking for a drink suggestion they are super helpful. I go here pretty often... and I've never had a error with my order and everything I order tastes amazing. My favorite drink is the frozen mocha with anextra shot. Mmm! So good! Also try their bacon and cheddar breakfast croissant. Read more

I would give this location NEGATIVE stars if I could. We don't ask for much. Just pay attention when you are giving customers... vegan and non vegan menu items. The mistakes at this location are countless. People who don't eat meat do not want to pay foritems that come with meat, let alone take a bite out of a vegan burrito only to find that the lovey employees of this locationdidn't look past their nose before giving someone their order, and we got a disgusting real sausage burrito. We were nice whenwe called the location but the employee who answered the phone didn't care one bit. We do not care what others consume and howthey choose to live their lives. We do ask that if you are handling food you make sure that people get what they order. What ifthis had been a food allergy and now we're both dead cause some employee was too busy telling her coworkers how much fun she hada Johnny's house last night and he is sooooooo cute, like oh my God. The fact is this is not funny. It's actually extremelydisgusting. Read more

We went to this location tonight at 6:30 pm and the menu lights were off. After waiting for a couple minutes we pulled up to... the window only to see the girl run around the corner out of view. After waiting a few more minutes we left and made a uturnand the same girl was peeking around the corner as we drove by. Apparently they didn't want our business tonight, butfortunately the employees at Dutch Bros. up the street was happy to serve us. Read more

Do not ever add money onto their app! If you ever want to use a reward you can't pay the remainder of your order with the money... in the app, "We can only scan the app once". So I gave them my card but since the remainder was under a dollar they said I hadto pay cash. I didn't have any cash so the lady said it was ok and they had to dig out change from their tip jar! Customer service is horrible at this location. My hubby & I were ordering at the drive thru menu & a woman skipped the line &... jumped in front of us. Needless to say based on my reply from management below, if you can't read the menu- skip the lineregardless if a customer is ordering! Jaymie Thank you for your review!
