Ordered a carne asada burrito and I am quite disappointed. I got the burrito and as I was eating it I was noticing that the beef... was way overcooked to the point it was crunchy ground beef and I barely had any meat begin with either as you can see in thephoto. For a burrito that cost 11$ I was hoping for it to be more meaty. Anyways, while ordering I had some lady assist me andshe was a bit aggressive when I asked for no beans on my burrito. Always check your food before you leave the drive-thru!! The bean & cheese burrito was prepared as ordered. However the #28... Shrimp plate with fries & salad was not. I ordered it with NO ONIONS. There was a large amount of onions on the salad. As wehad already driven away, it was too late to get it fixed. Read more
I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience was awful and the two people I spoke with were incredibly rude and combative.... Went through the drive through and the Chicken. Quesadilla had melted through the box. It was soggy and smelled weird. We wereon the highway about 20 minutes away and called to get a refund and was told there is no way that happened because he (cook) putpaper down in between the box and quesadilla. He wouldn?t refund any of it unless we brought the food back. So. Gross. Read more
Betos is a great 24 hour place to get food. Great value for the price. Always kept clean and service is quick and concise.... They're about keeping lines moving and when it's 3 am and I want a burrito fast lines are what it's about. You won't bedisappointed going here. Read more
They obviously can?t follow simple instructions here I know then had to see no pico because they sure as hell added the extra... beans. Have orders here through door dash three times first time was good last two were not and after this one I?m definitelynot coming or ordering through door dash again.
