Just ordered bunch of double cheese and they were sloppy and cold.fries old. First time here and the two ladies working at the front were amazing. I went in with multiple coupons, large order for... multiple families and $100 bill to pay for it. They got all the orders correct. They made it very easy and pleasant for mewith so many details and such. One was the Manager I believe and one was this beautiful girl who has island complexion andwears glasses (my 8 yr old told the family she was so pretty) I didn't catch your name. Bye far one of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant. Food was cold, service was terrible. The lady at the... drive through had the worst attitude and mouth I have had ever in a fast food restaurant. Had a long day as a fellow Drive thru worker on Sunday / tonight. Came through about 9:20PM and the man working the drive was... so nice and friendly. I usually eat late and it's a lot if drive thru. Instead of making fresh custom Whoppers with no mayo, the people in the back just scraped off the old bun of a pre-made Burger... and dished it up. My autistic son refuses to eat it. I called the restaurant but no one answered after repeated calls, Iattempted to leave a voicemail but the machine is full. This location obviously does not care about quality or responding tocustomers. Order #9 on 12/8 at 6:46pm One star for cold burgers, incorrect order and not answering the phone. Three employeesbagging the order and sweeping means they were not understaffed. There were no cars in front of me, so no excuse there. Notworth the $20 I spent on the family meal plus extras.
