We went for lunch was greeted automatically. The greeter was very responsive and happy. Every employee was happy to see us. The... food was bad I got a mac n cheese for my son with fruit. Im not sure why they call it mac n cheese its noodles with soup pouredon top no cheese at all. My pour son I let him try the fruit first before me. After bitting in to an apple he had a very sourlook on his face. So I took a bite the fruit was bad. Staff was responsive and got us a different side right away after I toldthem. I got a sandwich and soup. Not sure if you can screw soup up but my sandwich looked like they smashed it with therefingers or hand and seemed under portioned. Café zuppa?s help to get me through the winter! With always having incredible hot soup options and plenty of sandwich and salad... options a pick two is the way to go. And who doesn?t love a chocolate covered strawberry! My favorite is the strawberry chickenharvest salad With a small side of the chicken enchilada soup. I feel like you get the best of both worlds in the pick twooptions. Enchilada soup is flavorful hearty and will warm you up. The salad is pretty light and has plenty of variety in it.They have a soda fountain as well as homemade drink options. Customer service is excellent here and they are always willing togo above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. I sincerely appreciate that especially if I stop in with my kids.They?re very helpful and never judge mental and always want to make sure you have a great visit. Read more
My son and I wanted something a bit healthier and hearty and decide to try a new place. We ordered the soup and half... sandwiches', I really enjoyed their chicken noodle soup it was very meaty. The restaurant is really clean and nice, it smellsdelicious when you walk in there. The staff is very friendly and fast, we will be coming back another time. Read more
Food is great and usually made as we expected! Poor teen (female with red hair) at the register is alone with barely any help.... She was so kind to everyone. When she asked the manager (I believe) when one of the sandwiches would be ready the managersnapped at her and was not nice. I wish I could give the young girl a tip for her helpfulness. Read more
I absolutely love this place! The food is consistently excellent! Typically nice and helpful staff. The restaurants are also... always clean! I recommend that everybody tries out this restaurant. Oh and get some chocolate cookies if you can. They areexcellent! Read more
If i could have given no stars I would have. First of all the soup was not even warm. It wasn't cold but it wasn't even a... little bit warm. I'm pretty sure to serve soup it should be a certain temp. Second the ranch on the salad had a sour taste toit. I used to come here a lot. It definitely wasn't worth the $30 we paid for 2 soups and 2 salads. The roll was good. Butnot as good as they used to be. Very disappointed. I wanted it to be good. Read more
I wanted to try it but the line didn?t move. Came in for lunch and there were about 12 people ahead of me. After about 10 min... the line hadn?t moved at all, even though there were at least 8 employees behind the counter. I wasn?t going to have time towait, order, eat, and be back at the office in time. Ended up leaving to go to chick-fil-a next door. It?s too bad cause Ireally wanted to try their soup and sandwiches. Read more
