Today I flipped a coin to pick between T bell and Carl's for a quick work lunch. The coin lead us into Carl's and we had a... pretty funny experience. The workers were doing an ok job considering it looked very understaffed for the lunch rush. I think ittook me and one other person about 35 minutes to order food, eat food, and leave. 2 people were in line in front of us when wewalked in. I think we would have been out of taco bell by the time we got our food here. -A lot of the sodas weren't working onthe fountain drinks machine. Ice only from one side. -The sodas that were working were very flat and not good. -Napkins werenowhere to be found. I grabbed some paper towels from the bathroom to not bug the workers. -About 1/3 of the bun on my doublecheeseburger was soaked in ketchup and mustard. Not my thing but to each their own. -The cookie that came with the meal was a1/10. Maybe a 0/10. Definitely not made in-house. -Fries were decent Maybe I would have had better luck going through the drivethrough. The combination of slow service, bad drinks, no napkins, and mediocre food inside made it something to laugh about inthe car ride back to the office. We probably won't be coming back here unless we hear rumors that things improve. I think themain culprit is the workers were understaffed. All of them seemed to be busy with something at all times. Their shakes are my favorite, being actual milkshakes with hand scooped ice cream blended with ingredients and milk instead of... just soft serve like other places that serve "shakes" Read more
Best Carls Jr in the valley, I’ve always had great (never before seen in fast food) employee interactions. And the food is... always delivered Hot and we’ll put together. Wish I could give more stars, keep up the good work guys. Read more
Wow... don't expect any remorse if they screw up your order. Got all the way home and nothing was right... not even close.... Didn't even offer to make it right. Carl's is getting way too pricey to render that kind of service... along with a decliningquality in food. Not going back... Read more

Terrible service. Asked if they had something in stock before purchasing. They told me yes. I paid for my food drove home and... they provided me with something different. I drove all they way back for them to correct it only to find out they don’t havewhat I originally asked for in stock. Good thing I asked before I purchased……. And even better that gas is really cheapright now so making four trips is no big deal for someone who needs to fast food to eat dinner. I would not be coming back. Read more
