I don?t normally write bad reviews but this place is the worst, idk what was up with the guy taking our order, if he was high or... something but they got nothing in our order right. I asked for beyond tacos and he gave me chicken, instead of two burritos wegot two tacos, and instead of a cheese quesadilla we got chicken. By the time we were up to get our order it didn?t even feelworth it to try and get them to make it again because I don?t think the kid would understand our order even though we told himat least four times that we wanted beyond tacos. I didn?t even bother eating any of the food we got. This is the worst deal tacoI?ve ever been to, and doubt I?ll come back. I?d rather make the drive to the one that?s 10 minutes from me than come back here. Read more
Drive through takes forever in the evening. Should have an incentive to get orders completed promptly and accurately to increase... customer drive thru satisfaction. The next day thought about going back. But remembered my wait from the day before and ateelsewhere. Just some advice on improving. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE NIGHT SHIFT! Line is pretty long. About 6 cars in front of me and 1 behind me. I finally get to the menu to... order and she says I?m not taking orders for 30 mins. Okay?. But now I am stuck in a drive thru. Can?t back out. Or drive aroundthe line. I called and asked why. The lady says ?because I?m the only one here been here since yesterday? basically telling meshe just wants to sit down. But I don?t think that?s the right way to handle it.because the car behind me is getting their food.It?s not my problem I just come to order at the only place open! To that employee: Don?t work at literally the only 24hr placein the area if you don?t wanna take orders for 24hrs I guess ???????????Del taco should have more employees to prevent thisproblem too. I only gave them three because it was so unbelievably slow. Crazy slow. The food is just as good as any other Del Taco but wow... was it agonizingly slow in the drive thru. Probably short on help. Read more
My husband got the bun tacos and I got the del tacos all of it was absolutely amazing. Would love to see the bun taco become... permanent on the menu Read more
The app needs to do a better job including deals, but the rewards are nice. We wish hone mango was permanently on the menu.
The staff at this location are lovely. Always fast service and a great deal. The food is also delicious and fresh. Best... location I've been to! Accessible parking and entrance. Has an outdoor dining patio and a l Play room. Currently you can't eator play inside, but it's there for when things get normal.
