I've been going to El Pollo Loco for decades and this location has to be the worst. Every time I go in, there is a problem. I... actually expect it every time I walk through the door. Sometimes I am overcharged, others my order is missing items. This time,they had no legs or thighs and it would 30 minutes before any would be available. I ended up going elsewhere for dinner.
