I've been going to El Pollo Loco for decades and this location has to be the worst. Every time I go in, there is a problem. I... actually expect it every time I walk through the door. The menu for the most part is good. But follow through leaves something to be desired. I ordered a salad. The rice in it was... either not cooked all the way or stale. It was real hard on the teeth. Service was nice and friendly. Read more

I spoke with the manager and she was really nice and felt so bad. She mentioned that they haven't received their shipment for... the plates/containers they normally use so they had to use the clear plastic containers. She mentioned that they never receivedany feedback about the containers melting but she was glad I brought it to their attention. Hopefully this will help them getthe right containers/plates to use. They packed my hot chicken in a clear plastic container and yes, the plastic obviouslymelted. I don't know why they thought this was a good idea but I do think it's safe to eat food from a melted container. Read more
I should have read the reviews recently cause it was horrible. I haven?t felt this ripped off in a long time. I got maybe 2... bites of chicken off a leg and maybe 2 off the thigh. I paid full price!! My husbands had the chicken breast which I paid anextra dollar for and it was even smaller than the leg and it was dried out and horrible. So disappointed! Staff are the main stars at this restaurant. They are very patient, and very helpful. Tried the tacos, and the chicken in them... was a bit dry. The salsas and guacamole were good. The churros were ok. It?s a good place if you?re short on time and want toget in and out quickly. Read more
