Ordered online and was charged $21 dollars for a 14 inch pizza with MAYBE 10 pepperoni slices and the smallest handful of... sausage even though we were charge $3 for the add on. Ordered a 26” pizza and was handed 2 14” pizzas instead. They may have thought this was an appropriate solution but it comes... out to significantly less pizza. No one bothered to reach out to explain why they would be changing my order. Had they done so,I would have been more understanding and would have changed what I was ordering. If you want a thinner crust pizza, I wouldn't recommend this place. Otherwise it's a good choice, it has relatively good prices... compared to other local places. I placed an order over the phone for a 14" pizza to share with my bf and we chose the orangechicken pizza. We got it and took it home and it was not acceptable. It was wayy too runny, it just had too much sauce. Wecalled to complain and the person on the line seemed understanding, he was willing to remake the pizza with less sauce at noadditional charge. I came to pick it up and it was MUCH better than the first time. Rather than falling apart each slice stayedintact and could be eaten. Even though I was initially disappointed, I feel like the experience was worth the money. Read more
This was my first time ordering from your company. This is the food I paid 35 dollars for and exactly how it was delivered. I... called to ask for a refund and the employee refused on 5/15/2022 I was also called a racial slur (n word) I hung up the phoneafter this. I will never do business with your company again and I will be submitting a charge back to american express.I amsharing this review everywhere. I ordered Crazy Mix with pineapple and mushrooms pizza with garlic bread through Door Dash at 12:10am April 25. The pizza didn't... have pineapple or mushrooms. When I called Hot Oven Pizza back to tell them the order was wrong they hung up on me. Sorry guysyou just lost a customer. I used Door Dash because your delivery doesn't go to my place but Door Dash does. Read more
2nd time coming here, I asked for a lil extra crispy, came straight out the oven and it was delicious. Customer service could be... better, but I'm satisfied with the pizza. Crazy Tuesday deal 2.99$ for 10" cheese or pepperoni, worth it. Read more
Ordered via GrubHub and got the most pathetic pizza I've ever seen in my life. The chicken was dry as sand and the pizza looked... like had been assembled by a toddler. The dough was hard and flavorless while the crust was just....it was just sad. Doyourself a favor, skip this place and order somewhere else, this pizza is less than mediocre, it barely qualifies as food. Read more
