I got a Turkey cranberry customized with ?extra cucumber?, and it comes with a little side salad. The side salads greens were so... disgusting and brown and wilted, and it smelled bad. The sandwich had 3 slices of cucumbers on it lol. Also, there was hardlyany turkey. Wanna know what there was on my sandwich though? A FREAKING HAIR. At least my potato bacon soup was decent andedible. ??????????? Cmon, this is ridiculous! Unfortunately this has been a common occurrence. A veggie avocado doesn?t take a lot of ingredients, but to skimp on the little... there already is, is super disappointing. I realize I?m willing to spend too much money already, but this is no where near closeto $9 quality. Barely any dressing, one slice of avocado, too much lettuce, and no cucumbers. Read more
This place would've have received a one star if I hadn't eaten here before and had good quality food. This particular time I... went, the management was terrible. I ordered a simple American Omelet with no ham and a slice of their French toast. When werecieved the omelet it had ham. We took it up and they made a new one. After we got the second omelet we started to eat. Thebrocolli in the omelet was moldy. After we took it up management she seemed to brush it off, gave us a refund, and walked away.Very dissatisfied with this breakfast and disappointed in the staff. Read more
This is the 3rd time I?ve ordered the chicken salad sandwich from this Kneaders. Each time it?s been a tiny scoop of the... chicken, not enough to cover the whole croissant. I always end up with the rotten lettuce on the sandwich, and wilted smelly?salad?. I?ve given them 3 chances..at the price they charge..it?s a waste of money! Read more
I would have taken it back but couldnt waste another 45 min of my day. Ordered online for a working lunch. They hadn't even... started the order when I got there 30 min later - waited in the lobby for 15 min for order to be completed. When i got back tomy office - the French dip seemed like it was an old sandwich they reheated - the cheese was like plastic and the bottom wasburned. AND there was no au jus. Then I spent over $5.50 on chocolate covered strawberries, and one looked like someone hadpicked the chocolate off one side. The salad was good, but they forgot the roll. Great tasting Turkey Bacon Avocado salad. Had the Poppy Seed Dressing with it. Lobster Bisque soup was good as well. My wife... had a Chicken Raspberry Nut salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup. They did a wonderful job on our order! Read more
I usually love kneaders but I have been disappointed the last few times I?ve gone. I should have taken a picture of my Turkey... sandwich I paid $10 for, but there was hardly any Turkey on it and it was mainly all bread. Yesterday morning I got 2 breakfastsandwiches and when I opened one of them there was barely any egg/cheese/bacon and mainly all bread. I paid $7 for it. If you?regoing to charge so much for your sandwiches you better make sure you put enough meat on them!! I won?t be going back ???????? Read more
I had a horrible experience ordering online. The person didn?t seem to understand what I needed. I placed the order while... driving so I said I wanted to pay when picking up the order but they said I had to give them my card number. I was parking andsaid "I will give you my card in a second". So I walked in and no one was taking my order!!?? - Reason: they have a call centerto take the orders!!?? Unbelievable!! I had to start all over at the store and the person on the phone hanged up on me. Thefood: I am not surprised at the small portions. I don?t get it why this place is somewhat famous. Not happy at all with myexperience or their food. I have to give them this; the place is nice and the workers at the location tried to help me with myorder asap.
