One of my reasons for one star might not be totally in their control as far as staffing goes. Pizzas was "ready" 15 min after... app said it would, so a total of an hour. The pizzas ordered were just pepperoni extra most bestess. I went in to get order asthe app said they couldn't get it in the heat vault thing. So I stood by the counter for at least 5 min while my pizzas sit onthe rack just behind the counter while workers are walking around and do not even acknowledge me. I finally got the 2 pizzasand bread sticks. Second reason for one star. The bread was nasty. You could take a piece hit it against the table and itwould make a clunk sound. No play in it whatsoever. When I was standing by the counter I did notice 20 or so bags of pre donebread at 7 o'clock. I'm sure that had something to do with it. Then we open up the pizza boxes and they just look like thenormal $5 pepperoni pizzas. Not only were those not very good I overpaid. Both the bread and pizzas were barely warm. I getit, at little Ceasers you get what you pay for. My expectations are never high going in, but usually the bread can bend, pizzahas a little more taste in it. You would think the order would be easy to get right over the app. App deleted and told thewife to remind me not to go there again in case my memory fogs. I can get Domino's pickup for the same price and it far exceedsthat competition. Food is better, they are quicker, and customer service is always top notch. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food wasn't bad (after I cut my own pizza because they didn't actually slice... through it), but the overall service was some of the worst I have ever had anywhere. I ordered my food online, then waited forthe email saying it was ready to pick up. I didn't go until I received the email. After the 10-minute drive over, it took 5minutes to actually get help, and when that happened, I was told my food wasn't ready (even though I had an email saying it was)and it would be 5 more minutes. Took another 15 minutes before I got my food. No apology for the food being very late, just abox shoved across the counter at me. Asked to speak to a manager, and the disheveled looking woman behind the counter told meshe was a manager -- let's just say I can see why this store is such a disaster if she's a manager. Hard to have good customerservice when those in charge don't know how to do customer service at all. Needless to say, I will not return to Little Caesars(and not just this one location -- this soured me on this company entirely). One final note about this location: As I waitedfor my food, a customer ordered an item that was on a sign on the door with a price listed. They charged him a higher price, andwhen he asked why, they told him their price had gone up. Advertising one price and charging a different, higher price isn'tjust unethical, it's illegal! The supposed manager didn't care and had excuses why they were illegally charging more than theadvertised price even when told it was illegal and they should remove the sign if the price was wrong. Tell me that this picture doesn?t imply they make the dough daily in the mixers. Pretty sure I just saw them pull out boxes of... dough pre-made to go to another store. I?d probably say that?s misleading labeling. Read more
Unfortunately both our cheese pizza and our pepperoni pizza were both way over cooked and looked like they had been sitting... there for hours and not even the kids would eat them. They were for a kids birthday party and we were very disappointed. Read more
Just ordered tonight, 6/13/17. It appears they don?t clean their ovens. We noticed last time we ordered but thought it was just... undercooked. Tastes like a dry pancake. Recently they also stopped doing the cornmeal too. Another strike. Guess we're done withlil sleazers. Too bad, such friendly folk there. Update January 2022: tried again and really no improvement. In fact it?s worsethan expected. It would appear like they dropped a pizza and sold it to us. See pictures. Read more
The worst pizza ever! I normally love the food but it was burnt and old! Thanks a bunch for i didn't get dinner tonight!
