Every time we come to this location there?s a problem. I?m not one to complain because I?ve worked in customer service for a... while. But when we come we always get the bottom of the barrel type of product. I?ve come back with the hopes that it would begreat this time. But was wrong again. Today they said they stopped making crazy bread after 8, he looked at the time and thencame up with another excuse why they couldn?t make anymore. I?m currently writing this is @7:43. I haven?t experienced a greatservice from this location and won?t be returning anymore. Hope the workers understand the people they serve, are just like themand we get that sometimes you don?t want to work. But this is the job that was signed up for, by their choice and I feel likethey didn?t want to help anyone. You can?t order what you want online, on the app and they don?t answer the phone. (Classic pizzas) I looked at the busy times... and on a Tuesday evening before ?the busy time? there is no wait time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I online ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza at 7:14 pm. The estimate said it would be... ready between 7:48 and 7:53. It said they didn?t put the pizza in until 7:49. I had parked and was waiting in my car. When itsaid the pizza was done, I went inside. First they told me they were ?just waiting on it,? so I assumed it wasn?t quite finishedcooking. 10 minutes later they tell me they ?ran out of crust.? Um?..what? So in reality they hadn?t even STARTED cooking mypizza! (this was around 8:10, 15 min AFTER the online time estimate) ????They did not give me a new estimate. The cashier seemedflustered and wasn?t even at the register for 90% of the time I was in there. I waited another 20+ min for my pizza to be done.All in all, it took them OVER AN HOUR to make one pizza. They did not give me any compensation for all the time I waited,either. Pizza was still raw and the topping are all bubbled to the side. When I went to return it the manager said this was normal and... he would do nothing. He said because 1 slice was missing, the one I took a bite of and threw away because it was still raw, hewould not refund or do anything about it. Does this look like a good pizza to you? I worked at this same store when I was inhigh school and we never would have sold a pizza like this. We would have remade it and said sorry. Gotta love 2022 customerservice! Read more
I came in for a quick hot and ready pizza [half cheesy bread sticks/ half pepperoni]. That pizza is advertised as hot n ready,... but that is only til about 8 [if I remember the time correctly]. But it was a few minutes after the stop time to have them hotand ready. So I ordered a pizza, it took about 20 minutes, because the guy was def not in a hurry. I should have checked itbefore leaving the location because I have never had a pizza with so little cheese! [The picture shows empty patches the middleof the pizza had no cheese at all.] I wanted to call and complain, but it seems like they know most people won't take the timeto call & all for a refund for less than ten dollars. Big Daddy's is so much fresher, better, and faster- we get pizza there andit's usually ready in 15 minutes- super piping hot, and always correct [even though we have a complicated order]. Read more
I always came to this location when buying pizza and tonight I am so disappointed. First off the pizza was cold and hard, second... it was super burnt, and third it was so salty! We got three different types for my family one cheese, one pepperoni, and onepretzel crust. The cheese wasn't super bad but the other two were horrible. The pepperoni was so burnt and black. I could barleychew it. The pretzel pizza was super salty more salty than I have ever tasted with that type of pizza. The crust was super hardand tasted so burnt. It is a bunch of teenagers in the store running it and not paying attention to what they serve or thequality of what they serve. I will not be coming back to this location again. P.s. the pictures don't do it justice to how badit is. So very disappointing. Read more
The store is really dirty. The bread sticks had no butter and weird looking and the thin crust pizza was so thin it was thinner... than any cracker I've come across. The pizza just wasn't good. Read more
