Hands down the worst Little Caesars I've ever had. actually the only bad one I've had. First, although I spent over$20, it... wouldn't honor the free pizza, which was fine. I ordered the deep dish, which is the only thing I ever get. Every location makesthem thick, as they're supposed to be. This pizza was the same depth as their other pizza.... maybe a half inch. I could'vesaved money and got their regular pizza. First time I've ever had a thin crust deep dish... Their crazy bread was horrible,thin, small, hard and so salty. I just threw them away. I won?t complain about the food because I really appreciate the fact that there is a restaurant where homeless people can get an... affordable meal. And when you have younger kids; this becomes a regular stop at least once a week: which is my case. It came tomy attention that pizzas are no longer Hot and Ready.. if you get them hot, then definitely uncooked and soggy.. they?re neverready as they used to. Why have a pizza portal if you aren?t going to use it? Today my husband ordered ahead in the app only to have me wait 40 minutes... to have her just hand me a pizza from the warmer. You couldn?t hand me the pizza when I first came in? At least 10-15 othercustomers that came in and didn?t order ahead got a regular pepperoni pizza handed to them. I don?t mind waiting most times, butI ordered ahead because I had groceries in my car. I believe the woman at the counter was the manager. Her customer service andfriendliness leaves much to be desired. After 13 years of patronage, I?ll be going elsewhere. Read more

The pizza is standard Little Caesars pizza. Not horrible, not amazing. The service has gone way, way downhill in the last 6... months. The entire crew changed and they have like four people trying to throw hundreds of pizzas per night. I ordered onlineand my pizza was supposed to be done at 5:45 tonight. I never got a notification so I just showed up at about 5:55. They hadliterally dozens of pizzas stacked and when I asked her where my order was, she acted like I was being impatient. One lady spenta solid 15 minutes looking through each pizza box, stack8ng them, and then repeating the exact same operation. It took heranother 30 minutes to get my order out and I watched people come order pizza and get theirs before mine which was supposed to beready because I ordered online. This is very similar to the other experiences I've had here. Horrible service. Not one smile,just agitation that I dare ask where my order is. There were several people standing inside and outside the store who had ordersover 30 minutes late. When I finally got mine, I wished everybody good luck on the way out and got a big laugh. Normally 5 stars here. Tonight, it could be because they were extremely busy, but when I ordered ahead with the app, my pizza... was not placed in the pizza portal. My email said to see the cashier. There was only one person working as a cashier. So afterI finished waiting in line I asked the cashier if the pizza portal was broken. She said no that they were just really busy...This I can understand. The part that knocked them from five stars down to four stars was that I saw how she treated certainpeople who were in line ahead of me, with a certain level of professionalism and decorum, and then when it came down to me forsome reason she behaved with the level of laissez-faire indifference. Definitely not enough to break my experience with theestablishment, just a little bit confused about this behavior of seeming to play favorites with some customers. Read more

I've been to the West Jordan location several times and have been dissatisfied every time. I've been given the wrong pizzas and... several times the crust has been flat and dry. My most recent the pizza was good but my crazy bread was undercooked. I gotdoughy bread sticks! ???? Read more

I would rate it a zero star if I could. I do not expect much out of a Little Caesars, but this is the second really poor service... has happened recently. The breadsticks were extremely burnt and hard as a rock. I do not know how the employee could havepulled this out of the oven, cut it up and put it in a bag without blatantly acknowledging it and doing it anyways.
