Inside service was horrible, waited forever to even get helped.. the first worker walked up to the register and just press the... bathroom button without even acknowledging anyone. 2nd worker came and just stared at the register also didn?t acknowledgeanyone (we were literally standing in front of the register wondering who was gonna help us). 3rd guy who was watching the wholething happen just stood there and every time we would try and make eye contact he would look away. We finally said out loud ifanyone was gonna help us and the manager who knew there was now a line of 10+ people just waiting to be helped finally came andtook our order. This McDonald's is absolutely awful. It's almost impressive how consistently they mess things up. Never going there again and... will travel further if I want McDonald's. I hope someone in management reads this and investigates why they are so consistentlyterrible. Forget things every single time, even after requesting they make sure it's in there. Pretty messy location, dirty tables. Had to look around to find a moderately clean one. Nobody was at the counter for several... minutes despite a few people in line. ??????? Was afraid to let my kid play in the play place with that level of cleaning doneeven on the easy-to-clean sections. The lady who got us our order was very kind, and saved this from a 1-star review. The way the manager ?Rob? talked to his employees in front of me as a customer was beyond disrespectful and belittling to his... employees. He sarcastically said ?thank you for your input? and then continued to fire off my order back to me when asked torepeat the order to confirm I had gotten everything I needed and walked off with attitude. I understand as a fast food industryemployees are hard to come by and keep, but that kind of management is not helping this store or your industry at all for thatmatter. Read more

The 3.2 overall is a blessing for this location. No one in line, ordered a 6 piece Happy Meal. Took 14 minutes from receipt to... hand. During that 14 minutes I had to spare, I noticed the dining room gets zero attention for cleanliness. Seven tables werestill dirty. The floor was littered with garbage. The drink service area had random napkins and red solo cup and other itemsjust thrown all over. The priority at this location does not go to the dining room but the drive thru. Horrible customer service! There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up at 10:24. It took 13 min to get out the menu to... order. They refused to sell me breakfast even though I heard them sell it to the truck in front of me. I?m livid and have anunhappy toddler. It?s not my fault that they are slow.
