I am disappointed and had two disappointed children and my husband and me.. We ordered the Halloween pails they had them in... there menu and no indication they didn't have any left. This is what we got when the receipt clearly saids Halloween pail. Ifyou don't have them say you don't. This is false advertising and this is not the first time it's happened. Read more

Took 15 minutes to take our order. When we pulled to the first window - there were three employees playing around. After that,... we pulled to the second window which took a good 20 minutes. Then the person at the window kept going in and out of the buildingwhile smoking a cigarette - before finally leaving. It took us 45+ minutes to get our food. Keep in mind, we were one of twocars in the line. Total failure. This location should watch who they hire. Their standards have truly dropped. Sad to see. Read more

Once u r actually able 2 place your order, bring a book or smethng 2 keep u occupied for a time bc u WILL bwaiting a while! My family have been going to this place since it opened. I have noticed a decline in there costumer care. My autistic son likes... his fries hot. They are not coming out hot. I have also found the that when I'm ask for hot mustard sauce they are giving mehoney mustard every time. Read more
We waited 30-35 mins in the drive thru looking forward to a delightful cheap meal since it was our first meal of the day & since... the prices are much higher than they used to be. Sadly, we ended up utterly disappointed with our punishment of food from theleftovers that were possibly donated from the Utah state prison kitchen. The hamburger meat on both burgers were so dried upand stale with a leather-like taste. We ordered a Quarter pounder (which is supposed to be cooked fresh) that was far from it.I ordered it with ?ketchup only? but it came with mustard too?.the Big Mac tasted like it was made two days ago and put backunder the warmer to serve as fresh. To top it off, they gave us both burnt (drier than a bad joke) buns, with a side of stalesoggy a$$ French fries. They apparently have no napkins at all in their restaurant. We live close, so this is the McDonalds we usually go to and we have multiple times over the last 3 years. It's always horrible.... They are the slowest drive through EVER and they constantly mess up orders. I don't think I have ever gone there and NOT had anorder messed up. They're typically nice and I haven't really had an issue there. But man, it's ridiculous. We live right aroundthe corner, but we're going to start going to the one a few miles away to avoid this mess. Read more
I wish I could give negative stars. I am not exaggerating it?s the worst McDonald?s in the whole world. Don?t bother calling... talk to someone. They won?t answer the phone and when they do they don?t care. Just what you want of the people that are makingfood for you. I would rather they shut the store down. You can watch car after car after drive away without food and mad. Ican?t begin to calculate the amount of wasted they must have because people just drive off.
