This location has really gone down hill. My husbands pasta didn't come with the chicken, my daughters pasta didn't come with the... mushrooms and mine was so salty I couldn't even eat. On Thursday September 15 we went inside and placed our order at 5:09 pm. We ordered Mac n Cheese (with extra sauce) and a lemon... Linguini. After waiting for 21 minutes we finally got our take out order. The extra cheese sauce was in a seperate container soI opened it up there at the restaurant. There was literally about 1 tablespoon on there (mind you I paid an extra $1.25 for it).I did bring it to the employees attention and they did give us one more Tablespoon of sauce. We took our order and left. We gothome opened our food containers. The Mac n Cheese was totally fine. My Lemon Linguini had NO sauce on it. The noodles were driedout with some Parmesan Cheese on top (yes I threw it out). We eat at this location regularly and have never had a badexperience. This place was pretty good at one point. Is garbage now. They are always out of product which I get due to supply issues. Their... app asks about a tip for pickup which I did give in the past but didn?t this time as the past few the order is always late.Sitting here 16 minutes after order was supposed to be ready and finally go ask and they are out of another item so had tochange order. I know the majority of the issues are not employee related but the business needs to get their acttogether! Adding additional information as I just returned home after waiting over25 minutes extra to get my order. Their newleanguini options are a scam. Supposed to have a lot less carbs blah blah blah. You want to know why? I had two differententrees with them and the regular sized dish is filled,at best, 60% of what a normal regular is. Read more
I ordered 3 orders of garlic bread. The bread was not toasted and the cheese was verily melted.
Expensive place for a family of 4, but usually worth the price. Not this time. Food was bad and unbelievably dry. All 4 orders... had literally no sauce. The noodles in all 4 orders where clumped together. You could stick a fork in and lift up everything inthe bowl. It was all congealed together. Big waste of money this time.
