The worst! Been here twice now since the Beyond Orange Chicken was introduced, it's the only reason I come here. Both times we... were served cold food due to excessive wait times. This time I ordered online, was 5 minutes past my pickup time and the foodstill wasn't ready. Then the staff was rude and mocking when I asked why my order wasn't done. Every single time when you order some Teriyaki and ask for Teriyaki sauce and Sweet and Sour sauce. They never end up putting... any of it in the bag in the drive thru. Teriyaki should always come with sauce unless requested not to. Every single panda isthe same way. I guess I'll have to go inside from now on. Something so simple can't be done. Read more

Asked for fresh steak because the old ine was black and dried in the pan so waited four 10-15 min and got my food, when I get... home tried to eat, I saw same black dried steak is in my plate also the amount of food they put in was like only couple spoon ofeach, that was awesome, should give one star. Huge shout out to Panda Express. My son lost his wallet last week. It had a lot of cash in it. We back tracked everywhere we... could think of with no luck. We had called Panda Express West Jordan and they checked their safe with no luck. We had prettymuch given up hope of finding it and were starting the process of replacing everything when our doorbell rang. It was one ofthe workers from Panda Express. They had been deep cleaning and found it in between the seats at a table. She drove 40+ minutesto our house to hand deliver it then probably another 40+ (at least- rush hour). Be very careful when you order online through UberEats, today I ordered 3 plates but forgot to add hot sauce on a side, I called... this place to add the hot sauce on my order but they never picked up the phone, I called them 5 times but no luck! They simplyignore you, And to make things even prettier, my order was missing items/2 out of 3 plates were missing items. Not cool :( Read more
