When I got my order they might very been busy but I ordered food at 10:30 being told it would take around 30-40 mins. They then... couldn't get anyone of there own people to drive so had a dasher deliver it and it took around 70 minutes. To get here when Ineed it delivered when it is said it would be. Read more
Got the NY Style of course it cost more but it is absolutely no different then the normal pizza. Not worth the price!
5 stars for the store employees handling my order, 1 star for the company. The stuffed crust is great, there's no denying that.... But the order took forever (over an hour) and the online ordering process is horrible. I ordered online at 11:40am - normallunch time, right? The website took my order, but didn't tell me until AFTER I placed it that it wouldn't arrive until 1pm. On asleepy Monday, not a busy day. I called into the store and they told me that the store didn't open until 12pm, and that thesystem probably wouldn't even send them the order until 10 minutes after it opened. Plus apparently they don't even have theirown delivery drivers, only through DoorDash. The employee hustled and got it to my by 12:50 (yeah!) but then they got a coupleof small things wrong about the order. Kudos to her - it was still hot and fresh. But the online ordering process was confusingand clearly didn't take into account key details. Also, why is a restaurant not open until noon?!? Read more
Ordered carry out pizza tonight, was done super fast. Walked in to grab my pizza and can't help but notice the younger folks who... work there. They had really long hair and it was not covered by a hair net nor hat. You can almost guarantee a hair in yourfood. I can only imagine what else they are not doing at this location. Read more

Pizza we ordered was complete trash. We order half cheese half jalapeno and pepperoni. The cheese side was like 30% of the pizza... one piece barely had any cheese on it because the dough had risen so much alot of the cheese was in the center. There was alsopepperoni and Jalapeno's on the cheese side. The jalapeno side had a total of 23 Jalapeno's on it I counted it. His argumentwas "we have portion control cups to make sure that doesn't happen" why would I make it up I'm not out to make $10, or get afree pizza! ???? What a joke! We've been going to this Papa John's alot in the last 3 months. Hasn't been much of a problem butthis is just unacceptable. We called to complain and spoke to Alex who claimed to be a manager, but the way he treated us madeit seem like he was full of it. He then asked us how much have we eaten and I told him we tried 2 pieces that looked okay, butthen we found out there was like barely any sauce on it, but he said since we ate 2 pieces then we couldn't get a refund orcredit. WE HAVE TO TRY IT TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS ANY GOOD! DUH! He was completely unprofessional. We will never be back!Embarrassing. Train your employees better. Read more
Ordered bbq wings with our order today. Arrived charcoal black and burned. The manager offered a refund, which is good, but it... would have been better to have them replaced. Seems like they weren?t interested in bringing out a new order. Read more
Horrible location, staff and management need to hire new people or close the store down completely because every time I go in... there they are in a rush to shut the store down they say we aren?t taking any orders anymore. when there open sign is still onand everything is unlocked and they still have an hour until they closed they refused to make my pizza several times it justdoesn?t make any sense at all how people can be so lazy and not do there job especially if you are a ?MANAGER? like seriouslywont be going to this location ever again!! ????????
