We were told on the phone when ordering the $10 Tuesday special that our total was $10 plus tax, arrived to pick up our pizza... and were told the pizza is actually $15. Rather than argue with them we paid and left but a $5 up charge is not an insignificantamount, literally half the price of the pizza? Really? Be honest next time when someone places an order that there will be anextra fee, don?t just expect us to pay up when we arrive to pick up our dinner with no other option. Read more

So my experience tonight was not one of the Greatest I've had with this location. I get Pizza from this particular location.... From time to time. And I truly love Papa Murphys Pizza I talk about how they are gluten free. I think I even rated the locationbefore and gave it five stars. But tonight was horrible. I understand how agitating it is when customers come in late i used towork retail and I once worked for Domino's Pizza for like 3 to 4 years. But I figured I work hourly more money for my pocket.And I keep my agitation to myself. So my wife was the one that went in to the store when she came back out she was obviouslyupset. She said that they gave her the total cold shoulder. Even after apologizing and Tipping them $10.20 on a $73 dollar. Mywife was even being really nice and telling them thank you. And they even made my wife's Pizza wrong she just want a GarlicChicken and spinach pizza the also put artichokes and bacon on it. For the past 3 years I have gotten a Heart shaped pepperoni pizza at least once during the month of February. The kids have... absolutely loved this tradition. I was super nervous to try the Italian Pizza, but most of our household wanted to try it. I?m so glad we did. It?s one of those... pizzas that you keep thinking about. We love Papa Murphy?s. Nice and fresh. It?s where 90% of our pizza comes from. Cute Halloween options with the jack-o?-lantern... pizza. Love that it?s more guilt free because it?s not doused in oil and cooks right in your oven so you get it perfectly hot.We also love the chicken options like the chicken garlic and the chicken artichoke.
