Did walk in pick up. Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, two fries, and two drinks. They had no sauces except for mustard, their... fountain drink machine makes most if not all the flavors taste flat and contaminated. One of the sandwiches was hard, andtasteless, and the fries tasted old. The bathroom as well as the dining area is unkept, and I don?t recall ever seeing staffcleaning those areas during slow times I don?t think I?ll go back, they were this bad last time I was there a couple weeks ago. I tried this location again. It's not much better than last time. At least the tenders were sans hair this time. Both drink... machines were out of Dr. Pepper and only one had any ice. I asked for 3 barbecue sauce and received 2. That's fine. I askedthe employee if they had any Dr. Pepper at the drive thru station and she answered yes, then proceeded to put a couple fingersinside my cup to grab it. Yuck... There is a sign on the counter now so you can text or call the operations manager ifsomething isn't right, but I think these are things that should always be right without me asking. The majority of the tableswere dirty. But hey, no hair in the tenders, and they were actually fresh this time too, so were the fries. I guess you can'task for better with this location. Read more
Ordered a pretty normal order. We always taste our drinks before taking off. No carbonation in the drinks so we waited for them... to quickly fix it. They gave us new drinks with the same problem. Then a different flavor with the same problem. We said nevermind can we just get our food. Of course they had entered in our order incorrectly. By this time we had been at the window forover 10 minutes so we just said we?ll take whatever we have, we?re done. Read more
The worst service EVER! This place totally sucks! We ordered and was told it would be a 5 minute wait, so we pulled over to the... side. A half hour later a young female and a young male brought our order out! No Straws, no forks, nothing! Everything wascold!!! The only thing that was hot was the Mac & Cheese! When we asked for straws and ranch the female said ugh, I?ll have togo back in and get it! And walked off! We waited and she never came back!! We love Popeyes but I promise you, we will never EVERgo to this particular PopEyes again!! I hope corporate sees these reviews and does something about it! Read more
Food was cold. The drive thru didn't hear me say shrimp. He said it would take 4 to 5 minutes. Had me wait and then he brings... out my food and I asked him if the fries are hot he's like well they should be we kept them next to the warmer. So cold andgross ???????????????????????? Ordered my food at 6:22 and paid for it at 6:29. Waited at the drive through by the cashier for 5 minutes when I was told my... food will be ready in another 3 minutes and park by the tree. I was parked by the tree for another 15 minutes when they finallybrought my food and it was cold. Horrible, horrible customer service. Read more
Picked up a 12 piece family meal from drive thru window. Got home and opened bag to find all other bags, boxes and napkins wet... from the heat. Removed chicken from box and what did I get, 6 drumsticks and 6 thighs. Not a single piece of white meat. Alsopulled from enclosed bag my sides of red beans and rice and the coleslaw. The coleslaw was warm so had to put it in therefrigerator to cool. I am not a fan of legs and I hate thighs so I chose a leg and bit in. I immediately got oil shot into mymouth and up my nose. I put the leg on my plate so I can clean up and as I did so I watched as more oil drain on to my plate.This is one more Restaurant in Jordan Landing that I will not be going back to again. Also when ordering I asked for half spicyand was told it would be a 15 minute wait if I wanted spicy. Now there was nobody in the restaurant and only one car in front ofme and one car behind me in the drive thru and the time was acouple minutes after 5pm so how could they not have the chickenready. On 11/17/2022 in the afternoon at around 5PM, I went through the drive-thru to order the 12-piece Tenders Bundle for... approximately $28. The person who took my order through the speaker had very poor communication. I was in a rush, so I didn'thave time to get my order rectified, so I end up getting what I didn't ask for. Considering that there was no line inside nor inthe drive-thru, this was an extremely unsatisfactory experience. I had wanted all of my chicken tenders to be spicy. Theordertaker somehow interpreted that as me wanting half of the tenders to be spicy and the other half mild. They did not evenbother to split the mild and spicy tenders into separate boxes, which made it a haphazard experience eating the tenders. I hadasked for three of sauces, regardless of whether or not I would have had to have been charged for it and ended up with twoservings of some sauces and only one serving of the other sauces and on top of that, they did not ask if I would have likedhoney or butter for my biscuits. The fries were extremely soft, limp, and greasy. Surprisingly, the food wasn't even thedealbreaker; the egregiously substandard customer service was. When I pulled up to pay for my food, I did not receive agreeting. The first thing I was told when I pulled up was the amount my order was. The workers here made it feel like no onehere is valued as a customer and is only seen as a machine with money. When I was handed my food, I was not even given a smileor thanked for ordering. After I was handed my food, the workers made no attempt to give me a valediction or farewell. Due tothe incredibly deplorable food coupled with the heedlessness of the workers, I will never be eating at Popeyes again. Read more
