We stopped by this place about 15 minutes before closing time and I was impressed to see that the lobby was still clean and the... employees were still focused on their work which was mostly in the drive thru. We got two varieties of smoothies. Thepreparation was quick and the taste was really good. Watch out for brain freezes though! Most everything on the menu isnaturally gluten free. I downloaded the app while standing there and claimed rewards. I discovered that next time I can justorder in the app and pick it up. I will definitely come back. Read more

We are here now as we write this. There are 10 plus vehicles in drive-thru and 10 plus waiting on their orders. The crew of 4... teenagers are staying calm and working g through all the orders. They are doing great with the circumstances! Read more
I wanted to update my review. Two out of three times, I had excellent service by the two employees who worked here a year ago..... They were very attentive and provided delicious tasting smoothies and yogurt bowls. The third time I went recently and theservice was terrible. However, the owner Linda called me up directly to listen to my concerns and apologized for the service.She even offered to replace our smoothies. That is beyond exemplar customer service!! Many times when you leave a non 4 or 3star review ( 2 or 1 star), the manager and/or owner doesn't even bother to address your concerns. Instead, they only want torespond to positive feedback. Not the case here! This establishment wants to address and improve all concerns the customers'makes. I would recommend giving this place a try, since we did have great service twice and on the third time, our concernswere addressed. We greatly appreciated that. Read more
Went in a couple weeks ago (4/18/2022) Roxberry has really good smoothies. However, I ordered when it looked like one of the... employees was about to leave. After 15 minutes, an employee got my attention and asked if I have been helped, almost like myorder ticket got misplaced. I wasn?t sitting there just to sit there; went in on my lunch break and was on a time crunchalready. I will probably order online next time. Read more
Easy to order and fast. I love that I can swap ingredients so I got the ocean breeze but switched banana for peach.... Delicious! Update December 2019: still incredible! I know it's pretty obvious that a drive thru pretty convenient, but itreally is and I'm grateful they have one. Read more
