While it is generally unwise to order American food at an Asian restaurant, I have done so more times than a fool would care to... admit. But finally, after 30 years of marriage to a foodie, I have tasted success. She had the sunset roll, and claims it wasdelicious. I ignored all the inconceivably terrible choices in my past, and ordered the BBQ ribs and fries. For the first timein a year, I finished every last fry on my plate. Absolute perfection in the fried potato category. Seriously, better than mostAmerican joints. Then I dove into the ribs. When I came up for air, the 6 were gone, I was stuffed, and so very satisfied. I'veeaten some of the world's most acclaimed ribs, and these belong near the top of that chart. They are a bit different than yourtypical BBQ, but still so delectable. Anyway, I think this couple found a new favorite restaurant! Also, our server, Holly, wasexcellent. Zero complaints. See you soon. Read more
Small but cozy Japanese place. Items are cooked to order so be patient, the sushi takes a bit longer. The calamari was so... delicate and beautiful, it was paired with a perfect spicy mayo (not sure of the sauce), I ordered the teriyaki chicken and Ididn't enjoy it, Mild flavor and dry, however I paid for extra calamari sauce and boom... delish!! Time to battle up that sauceand sell it to me lol. The mochi was ok, i don't love the outer layer texture but it was beautifully presented. Had a weirdexperience with the waitress but the manager addressed it right away and was very professional. We'll be back for sure! Read more
If you are looking for high quality delicious food Sakana Sushi bar is a great place to go. Good variety friendly staff that... makes you feel welcome...well worth the time and money. Seating is limited so I suggest arriving a little earlier than mostpeople would eat dinner. Read more
So good! The sushi was so fun and beautiful! The staff was nice and so helpful. I highly recommend the chef pick Sashimi plater.... I would not of chose the octopus but it was one of my favorites! The lime on it was so good! We will definitely be back. I washoping for an all you can eat but I still was full when I left still. Read more

Really yummy place, sushi rolls were really good. Most rolls are around $10-12 each. They have a few around $6-7 and have some... lunch specials. The menu was huuuge. A little overwhelming. Location was clean, service was okay. Read more
This one is hard. The service was good in that the waitress was very attentive. The food was excellent. Really enjoyed my food... choices. The big problem was when we ordered my wife got her food in 5 minutes or less. I ordered the sushi combo and like Isaid the food was great. But I waited for a good 30-40 minutes for my food. So safe to say my wife finished her food before mineeven showed up. Would I go again? The food was good. But the disorganized service was bad. The waitress even was concerned andsaid something to the chef and he just shrugged it off. Maybe it was just an off night. But several pickup orders were sent outlong before my food. So with this experience means I will not be going back. There are a lot of sushi places around now. So nexttime it will be someplace else. This does make me sad as the food and selection was great. But if I have to watch my wife eatand then she has to watch me eat that just does not work. Read more
This restaurant is one that we frequent. We probably eat here once or twice a month. We love Japanese food. My spouse and I both... prefer the sakana steak, and I love their Vegas roll. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. I love eating here because Ialways feel very satisfied,but never too full or even unsettled as I do at other establishments where the cooking isn't ashealthy and clean. We also enjoy ordering for take home. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Read more
