I am an Extreme Regular of Starbucks, i visit 2 - 3 times a day, in the 10 years as a customer, i have never had to write a... review, i constantly give 5 stars because i have always been treated with respect, i went to the Starbucks In West Jordan Utah @10:31pm on Saturday the 24th of September, their website says they close at 11:00pm i have been there in the recent past at10:45pm, after waiting at the drive thru for 2 minutes a young girl said to me over the intercom she was sorry but they wereclosed, i said to her that your website says they were open, she said to me in a more aggressive tone. no that?s wrong they areclosed, i asked there is no way you can make 1 drink she said in a aggressive voice NO!!!, i told her that i am a very frequentcustomer, she said again NO!!!, i said ok, i left, i then looked up a receipt from the week prior and found that i had beenthere at 10:45pm , i called the store back and the same girl i had just talked to at the drive up, answered, before i even couldsay anything she screamed into the phone WE ARE CLOSED!!!!! i said back to her that i was the one that came through thedrive-through, and I told her that I had looked up my receipt from the week prior and they were open at 10:45 prior pump shesaid to me I don?t know what you were not grasping here but we are closed!!!, I said to her you realize you?re being very rude?I?m asking a couple questions and you?re being very Rude, she said to me they closed at 10:30 she was trying to get all of herwork done and get out of there so she didn?t have time to talk to me on the phone , she said i didn?t even have to answer thephone, I asked for her name she would not give it to me again, I asked for her name she would not give it to me, I said to heragain, you realize you?re being rude?, she said we are closed I don?t know what you?re not grasping and then she hung up onme!!! , i am a very relaxed person, i don?t raise my voice, and i didn?t raise my voice to her at all to warran Read more
The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it's on the way to my daughter's school. Apparently they can not read their... labels. 1 out of 3 orders are messed up. How you can take a hot drink & get Frappuccino out of it...NO IDEA!!!! Read more

Best Starbucks in the Valley. I have being in many Starbucks, and this one have exceed my expectations. I am very picky, but... they always make it better! Is so that when I stop in other I dont like they way they do my cookie crumble frap. Plusss to gothe extra mile... they wrote Have a great day with a smiley face in my cup... how nice is that!
