Terrible Service! One specific employee named Brandon is always so rude and smashes every sandwich by hand. So unprofessional!... Doesn?t even change gloves in between smashing sandwiches. I personally don?t eat meat so having meaty gloves touch my sandwichis so gross! I don?t understand why gloves aren?t changed in between cashing people out either. I wasn't able to review on the subway website as I threw away my receipt. I really hope someone in management sees this. I came... in to a really busy store today and was served by a man named Xavier. He had a brand new employee and only him in the storethere with a really long line of customers. However, he was calm and efficient, training while still maintainingprofessionalism and speed helping out customers. I noticed him instructing his trainee about cleanliness and accuracy whentaking orders. He also apologized to each customer about the wait I was extremely impressed with his grace and politeness.Whatever small amount you guys are paying him is not enough.
