Every time I order a Toasted Footlong Tuna online, I?m always given an untoasted sandwich. It wouldn?t bother so much if it... happened every once in a while, but it?s every time. There is 3 other locations near by, they may be more reliable. Read more

Touching masks numerous times while making a sandwich is disgusting. Please stop wearing them, they are nothing more than dirty... kleenex strapped to your face. Read more

Terrible Service! One specific employee named Brandon is always so rude and smashes every sandwich by hand. So unprofessional!... Doesn?t even change gloves in between smashing sandwiches. I personally don?t eat meat so having meaty gloves touch my sandwichis so gross! I don?t understand why gloves aren?t changed in between cashing people out either. I?m really not that picky I justwant to be able to enjoy my sandwich with knowing it was made properly and I won?t get sick eating it! Read more

I wasn't able to review on the subway website as I threw away my receipt. I really hope someone in management sees this. I came... in to a really busy store today and was served by a man named Xavier. He had a brand new employee and only him in the storethere with a really long line of customers. However, he was calm and efficient, training while still maintainingprofessionalism and speed helping out customers. I noticed him instructing his trainee about cleanliness and accuracy whentaking orders. He also apologized to each customer about the wait I was extremely impressed with his grace and politeness.Whatever small amount you guys are paying him is not enough. He deserves a raise or at least consideration for promotion Read more

I've been to a few subways in Salt Lake and L.A. and they all seem the same. Either the workers are normal people, just doing... their job or, they don't want to be there and they hate you for showing up when it's slow. Today I walked into this Subway afterpicking up a suit next door. Having never been there before, I happened to come in while they were going over their quarterlyearnings. I overheard that they had doubled their sales from 6 months before and I could see why. I was helped by Xavier whowelcomed me with a short friendly conversation. He didn't take any more time they he needed to chat with me while making mysandwich and also giving recommendations for my sandwich as he worked! I asked if he was the manager and he simply replied, "Ijust want the food to taste good and help people find new things they'll enjoy." That's the words of quality and customerservice at it's peak right there! I ate the best tasting and most unique meatball sub I've ever had, simply, because Xavieractually likes his job and used his experience to make me a sandwich I'd never had before. Read more

I came into this location and was excited to order because the food and service I get at subway is always great. However, I... waited in the front of the line for 10 minutes while Ariel made eye contact serveral times and chose not to acknowledge me.After finally ordering, Ariel would continuously roll her eyes, grunt, or raise her voice at me for just ORDERING MY FOOD. Sheleft my sandwich in the oven for too long and it burned but I was too scared to ask about fixing it because of the crazyreaction I would?ve gotten from her. When I was paying for my food I noticed a knife sitting right next to the card reader. Herhygiene was not great as she never changed her gloves or didn?t wash her hands after cleaning and starting my sandwich. As acustomer, I should not have to tell the employees how to wash their hands or treat customers. I will not be returning to thislocation because of Ariel. Read more

I haven?t been to this specific location of Subway, but I will never come back because of Ariel. My girlfriends and I first... walked in and stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for her to take our order when she was cleaning and not giving us thecourtesy to notice our existence. Finally, When my girlfriends and I ordered our sandwiches, she would grunt under her breathwhen we told her what we wanted. She was also speaking very quietly and when Ariel asked whether or not we wanted our sandwichestoasted, we asked her to repeat herself and she raised her voice and in a horrible tone asked us whether we wanted oursandwiches toasted. She never changed her gloves after making all three of our sandwiches, and specifically my friend asked forno pickles and olives and the first ingredients she put on her sandwich was olives and pickles. Then when I paid for mysandwich, I told her I was using a gift card and she huffed and said ?well you should have told me that beforehand.? Which wasINCREDIBLY rude. After using my gift card I had to pay the rest with my debit card, so when I told her that she threw downwhatever she was holding, huffed again, and then told me my remaining balance. Her overall attitude and tone toward customers iscompletely unprofessional. I won?t be coming here again. Read more
