I have never gotten anything from swig before. Yesterday, i ordered a drink online with a giftcard i received. I ordered a dirty... doctor pepper with multiple add ins including popping bubbles. When i got my drink it was just a dirty doctor pepper, with noadd ins at all. I payed $5 for all the add ins and didnt get any of them. It was disappointing. Very annoyed at this location. I?ve gone there twice I order ice water and the person I?m with orders a drink. I gave them the... fundraiser card and the employee marked for two drinks instead of one. The fundraiser card clearly states the ?card is good fora soda or refresher.? When I?ve gone to other swig locations and ordered a water, they?ve never charged me for water. When Iasked the employee about it at this location she said ?it?s a drink.? I understand you may need to charge for the cup, but letme know and I?m happy to pay for it. But I?m not going to pay for a full priced drink when it?s water from the Faucet!!! I?m10000% annoyed and I refuse to return to this location. @swig owner- do not bother to respond to this comment if you are goingto post the same ?I apologize? blah blah blah response. I don?t know how the drink was because I didn?t feel comfortable drinking it. I ordered through DoorDash and there was no sort... of seal on it when it arrived. That seemed unsafe to me so I just tossed it. Read more
Lots of fun drink options along with pretzel bites (with white cheddar sauce) and yummy cookies! Some of our favorite drinks are... bloody wild, just peachy and polar punch. The staff is very friendly & helpful. We've been fortunate to have Lexi take ourorder many times. She always greets us with a big smile and goes above and beyond to make it a great experience for my daughterand I. Definitely recommend Swig in West Jordan! Read more
I love their refreshers and my pup sure loves the pup cups! Don?t let the line scare you away, they are super quick! My one... critique is I don?t like how all of their cookies are frozen. I?m a sucker for a soft warm cookie. But I throw it in themicrowave when I get home and it makes up for it! Read more
The customer service was fast and friendly but the drinks were just okay. The kids drinks are pretty small compared to other... drink places such as Fiiz drink and one of the drinks that we got (Strawberry freeze) was not great. I will most likely try thisplace again in the future for their Boba teas or their buttery beer but until then I would give this a solid 3 stars. Read more
Went to buy gift cards. Was given two dirty, used, liquid stained cards, one with a different amount of money written on the... front. I then asked for new, clean cards since I was giving them as gifts. The young man went back inside and brought out thesame dirty cards but in envelopes this time. He had attempted to erase the sharpie-written amount from one but didn?t give menew, clean cards as requested. Not very professional. Read more
