I order from this location all the time but after last night that will be the last time I order from that location and I would... highly advise others to not go to this Taco Bell either. I ordered from the mobile app for pick up which has never been anissue. Spent $28 and only got half of my food. My boyfriend went to pick it up and came back with most of our stuff missing andwhen he drove all the way back they told him that they won?t give us our food and have to complain to corporate. My boyfrienddrove to another Taco Bell (Redwood and 72) to tell them our situation and how they would?ve handle it and said that theywould?ve handled it differently but that that the location we were complaining about was out of the franchise. Again, never hadan issue until last night and I think people are allowed to be upset when you refuse to be helpful after I just spent a lot ofmoney on fast food and they refuse to give me my food. The guy currently working the window should not be in customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service. He did not verify... our order or the amount he was charging my card. Then had my card in his possession for too long. I had to check the cardbalance to figure out what he charged me. He also Just glared at us the whole time and didn?t talk once. And abruptly shut thewindow after handing us the food. Avoid this taco bell if possible. This isn?t my first problem with them. I gave them anotherchance and will not be going back! Read more
Update is Kind of a bummer. The last month or so the order accuracy has gone way down, bu mostly just in the mornings or if the... middle aged woman is taking orders. If it is either of the young ladies then 4/5 times your order is perfect. If it is wrongthey do fix it and they fix it very well. Also, there is an alarming number of flies in the lobby. Originally This is probablymy new favorite TacoBell. I've been coming here pretty consistantly over the last few weeks because it is very convenient alongmy route. The Lobby is, and has been open regularly. They do not require you to use the kiosk, you can actually interact with aperson when you order. Their Baja Blast has not been out once(that I know of). If you call them to check menu item availability,they actually do answer the phone. Once you do get your food, it is what you would expect from a good taco bell, at least you donot feel like you over paid for your meal but it is actually filling( unlike sugahouse if that males sense). I will keep cominghere not just because it is along my route as there is also 106&state, but this really is just a pleasant resteraunt. Read more

Best taco bell in the area for my mid week quick lunch. The staff is nice and the food is as fresh as it can be for taco bell... standards. When I visit other T-bells in the area, I am often disappointed by the temperature and quality of the food. Unmeltedcheese where it shouldn't be, stale and dry tortillas, etc. I've had pretty good luck with this location. Rarely disappointed.Give these workers a raise Read more
Came here at 1130 to get food. Hours say ita open until 12. They apparently decided they were closed for the night. Blocked off... the drive through and we watched them lock the doors to go inside. This isn't the first time we've come here and they've closedbefore their hours state they should be. I feel like Taco Bell might want to be aware that their employees are turning awaybusiness before their location is supposed to be closed. Read more
Customer service is not good. I had 2 supreme hard shell tacos.. And they just tasted off. Like chemicals and plastic. Went to... the counter to ask for soft tacos instead because they tasted this way and they talked in Spanish and gave me attitude, but Idid get soft tacos.
