Appears Tacotime outlets need a bit more shoutout to make them a common name for fast food. This place on 2700 W and 9000 S is a... nice location, plenty of parking, accessible entry, and quick service for a dine in or a drive through. Rising costs made theowners cut down on the salad bar sadly but quality hasn?t suffered. If you?re in the area and looking for a quick bite, youshould add this to your favorites. Read more

Argh! Lobby still isn't open. I know, COVID cases are rising, but geeeeez! The food isn't as good having to take it home,... getting colder by the minute. EXTREMELY slow, and food is no better than Taco Bell, which is faster. Waited 30 minutes for three burritos (already paid or... else I'd have left). Plus dine-in is still closed. Not bad, but not if you're in a hurry. Read more
Had do use the drive-through to order because of the lobby was still closed. Even the employees don?t know why the lobby is... closed. Had to repeat my order a lot because the couldn?t hear me over the mic. Even with having to repeat myself some how theystill manage to get the order wrong. Then charge for condiments. I do realize things are getting expensive but dang taco timeget your act together. Do better!! Read more
I ordered 3 soft tacos with no tomatoes on them. I do this so I get freshly made tacos. Instead I received 3 soft tacos all... with tomatoes and all ice cold by the time I got home. So I got 3 tacos made sometime well before I arrived and ordered them. Read more
Drove out if our way to go dine there with family from out of town, at 7:15 pm on a Friday night, doors were locked and drive... thru open only, definitely won't go back, not good customer service at all! Read more
