I have been to Wingers many times, my girlfriend had never been. My recommendation was the Sticky Finger Salad, she highly... approved and said she absolutely wants to visit again. Service was horrible. The server didn't listen at all. We told her our order and she repeated something completely different... back. So we repeated it and she nodded like she understood and repeated it back properly. Pretty sure she was stoned out of hermind. She kept dazing off as we were ordering. Guess we got? The first thing she repeated. We had to bring it back to get fixedand even then it wasn't right. The fish and chips was soggy and gross. We were there for my 14 year old's birthday and that'shis favorite dish. He had one bite, and he's not usually picky. The cheddar bacon fries were also soggy. They brought me thewrong beer twice, and that was after a 20 minute wait for the first one. I won't be going back. Plenty of other choices in thesame area with better food and better service. My friends love meeting at Wingers for lunch! The food is yummy and you can actually hear each other talk. The sticky fingers... are my favorite entree and the Buffalo cauliflower is so delish as an appetizer! Their ranch dressing perfectly complimentsboth! Hamburger was a little hard to chew. Fries were nice tho. Classic style of bar and good place to chill with your friends.
The service was quick and the food was good (though a bit overpriced) so I'd lean towards a 4-5 star review based on that alone.... However, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time because there were so many flies in the restaurant.We spent the entire meal swatting flies off our food and off of ourselves. No one wants to walk into a restaurant & have Van Halen blasting. I mean annoying to have hair bands planning the entire time... but I guess that's how they represent. The restaurant was very cold when it was 38 degrees outside. Service was terrible, notattentive to her table, she was more interested in flirting w her co workers. Food was also terrible. It was cold, dry, and thewings were over-fried. Just bad. The mgr was berating an employee on the other side of the restaurant. Have some businessetiquette. These are also 17 yr olds who are trying to learn work ethics. No need to speak to them in a disrespectful way. Wewill never return to Wingers. Food was absolutely disappointing. Don't waste$$.
