I came in tonight around 640 and I witnessed some very immature teenagers running the store. The one teenager was filming the... other on the countertop, by the register, twerking. Shoes and all! As I walked by the kid did not get off the countertop. Hisfriends were laughing hysterically at this act of foolishness. As my kids and I were getting our yogurt these boys did notattempt to clean the counter. As I look around I see crumbs on the ground and toppings mixed. Not sure I'll come back for awhile. If you like cherry stems this is the place for you! I got cherries as a topping and got about 8 cherries and 20 cherry stems. ... We got a good laugh but it was pretty annoying. Read more
This was a great experience and was super fun for me and my 5 year old. We got to customize everything about our yogurt down to... the flavor of yogurt itself. They had a very large selection of sweets and topings to choose from including some healthyoptions. The environment was super clean and they handled covid very nicely! I had a disagreement a little while ago with the West Jordan location, and I felt bad from my part of the disagreement as I know... so did the employee, but to bring a positive out of a negative experience it goes to show how much there delicious frozen yogurtcan have an emotional affect on me. Original tart and cookie dough bites are my guilty pleasure. The thing about the wholenegative experience between me and this location is the employee took responsibility for her actions almost immediately beforeI even complained about her, most the employees are young but for an employee to take responsibility for her actions and beemotionally distraught about it showed me soooo much more then just some frozen yogurt to a regular. She genuinely cared abouthow she may have treated me which makes sence in the craft of there deliveries and the cleanliness of the place everytime I goin person. They take pride in their job and our desserts. They care about their customers and the dessert they offer us. You cansee it in all different ways throughout there on point amazing customer service, there polite, professional, manners andhospitality. Seriously for them to reach out to me, we?ll the owner and talk to me and make sure I knew that training hadhappened after my experience and to let me know how awful the employee felt, and for her to listen to my apologies and nojudgment on my embarrassment to return back to being a regular after resolving the issue made me feel like part of the littlecommunity West Jordan tends to always have and I been struggling to find again since moving back over the summer until yogurtland reached out to me and talked me through the issue and how it was resolved and allowed my embarrassment and apology to beaccepted and hold no grudges against me.
