Waited at the drive thru forever behind another car for 10 min, realized that they weren?t taking too long ordering, no body was... taking their order! Drive through only to watch and listen to the rudest lady at the window yelling there was no pop! Simplesolution...tape up the drive thru if you can?t run it, don?t waste people?s time Read more
Went this evening, around 6:30pm. Ordered 3 whistle dogs - no relish on all & 1 (3)piece chicken strip. Order: wait time, approx... 10 minutes. Food - chicken strips, no issues 1 whistle dog has relish 1 whistle dog the bun literally has a bite taken out ofit All hot dogs undercooked. I will say, the young man working the drive through was very pleasant. However once we got homewith our food I was overall extremely unimpressed. Yes I understand it?s a Friday evening. Dinner rush, 5 cars parked & waitingfor food. However that should not effect the quality of food. Overall, disappointed in the quality of food. Read more
Its not an easy place to get out of. The parking lot empties onto a busy road. The drive-thru lineup blocks parkkng stalls and... cars. It was just after 12pm and they didnt have onion rings prepped. Settled for a poutine. Food was good, but disappointedthat we couldnt get the one item we wanted. Read more

This is what they served us in the drive thru. Egg and cheese sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Turned the car around and... returned to show them and they act like I?m the bad guy. Come on A&W. that is not fit to feed anyone! Step up your game! Read more
Waited ten minutes with burgers on the rack while they tried to figure out how to make an onion ring. Everything was cold,... including the coffee (which was barely stronger than water). A previous reviewer was right -- go to McDonald's! Better food andbetter service! Read more
