Great customer service! We had ordered 2 pizzas and one was made wrong - which happens every now and then - and the guy at the... counter was super apologetic and treated me very well. He even offered me pop or more dips as a show of goodwill, which wasreally appreciated! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and I left a happy camper. Read more

It seems non professional and non hygienic. A baby was sitting on the pizza prep table and playing with tongs. Fortunately, the... lid of pizza topping station was closed. Staffs and some visitors were talking right next to pizza doughs without mask. Read more
My daughter and I love Panago. I've read some bad experiences about delivery, and I can't speak to that myself. I always just... phone in my order for takeout and pick it up on the way home. So my review is mainly for the quality. So far I've never had abad pizza from them. We always get a half cheese, half pepperoni and some super cheesy bread. Always very good! Read more
Had a terrible experience, ordered 2 pizzas, delivery took over an hour and a half. After biting into one of the pizzas the beef... that was used tasted and smelled rancid. I took the pizzas back and asked for a refund and was told that there was nothing wrongwith the beef and that they would not refund the price of the pizza. I was offered a 15% off my next order. I will NEVER orderfrom here again and will let everyone i know how terrible the pizza is and even worse customer service!!! Read more
I called to ask to see if there was a walk out special the lady on the phone told me there wasn?t so I proceeded to order over... the phone. A medium 2 topping pizza, the total came to over 16 dollars. When I get to the store there?s a huge sign on the doorfor a walk out special large 10$ cheese or pepperoni.
