I will say that the Red Fox is a great restaurant. However, I have seen their head chef Andrea out in the community treating... servers in the industy like utter garbage. Talking to them in an absolutely disrespectful manner. Based on that I will never eatanywhere where she is cooking. Read more
Great food, great service, and wonderful views. The bannock was really good and could have had just that for dinner. I chose the... duck which was excellently done and paired extraordinarily well with the wine. The wine is also very good. Went back here asecond time. Food was just as good as we had remembered. Excellent food, Excellent service! The server that helped us that night was excellent. We were chatting with the server and she... was telling us how the menu changes every season, and that the head chef can be extremely creative with her dishes. She alsosaid that the head chef never creates a dessert twice! I think the changing menu is actually a great thing, it gives me a reasonto keep coming back to try something new. A pleasant surprise while stumbling into the winery on the top floor. Ordered the quinoa salad ($11) and the smoked salmon... bannock ($16). The portions are on the small side and not sure how this ties into native cuisine with the selection ofingredients like dill and cream cheese.
