Ordered online at the nearest Red swan pizza (East Kelowna) open in the maps. The website they?ve listed took me to the West... Kelowna Swan Pizza website - received a confirmation email saying Pickup location at West Kelowna. I called the store to cancelmy order and the phone number was for east Kelowna location. Explained everything they didn?t go anything - finally called WestKelowna store and they said either way you?ve to come here to pick up your pizza or for refund on your card - ?We can?t refundyou online - the original payment method?. They told me to call me back but it?s been over a week and nobody reached back. Sucha poor organization and customer service. The staff told me on phone they?ve reached to the head office and owner but I thinkthey just don?t care. Read more
