Been to wings a few times now, love the restaurant itself, but the service is terrible. We’ve given this establishment a few... goes and every time we have Jonny as a server and be has really made our experience a not so great one. Tonight we ordered foodas well as drinks, we asked for our waters to be refilled and he responded with a grunt as if it we were inconveniencing him. 20 minutes into our meal he never cared to check back in, other than to tell us we had to get going soon so he could go home. Hethen gave us to go containers to finish our meal at home!! We all 3 still had full drinks . Super dissatisfied , will not beback again . Read more
This was my first time in the West Kelowna Wings. I will say it is a nice atmosphere, and sizable tables. We were 4 adults... having a late lunch. One ordered the soup of the day, and made a comment that he has saucers that are deeper than his soup bowl,the one ordered the fish and chips, and we were sure it was kids portion. One little piece of fish and a small amount of fries.They were both still hungry after eating. Good thing were ordered wings enough to share. The food was good. The service was terrible. The waiter we had was Johnny. He acted like he didn't want to be there. I felt that... I didn't matter that I was there. He never bothered to check on us or ask how the food was. It was as if he would rather helpother customers than us. I will not be coming back. Read more
Came from out of town…. Decided to check out this pub for lunch… from the moment we sat down the waitress was so rude and... ignorant. We ordered 3 bellinis which came as total liquid and the Waitress fought with us that that’s just how Bellini’sare and we’ve Drankin many Bellini’s at many different establishments and they never come out as a full liquid drink. Thenshe went back to the bar and was throwing her hands up and giving dirty looks as she explained the situation for the reason whywe were returning our drinks. Next we ordered and then we just decided to leave because it was just overall such a badexperience. Will never eat here again. Read more
I really enjoy the Halal wings as they're Gluten Free and they're just enough crispy but without the grease. I've now been there... 2 times and both times I was served by Saleena, who asked kitchen staff to modify my order to have it be Gluten Free which wasamazing. Having your server care about you and your experience makes me want to go back. Would recommend! Read more
I stopped in for a supper the other day. What a great sports bar. Lots of TVs to watch from. Many great brews, tasty treats and... friendly staff. Not really a cocktail bar. Place is clean. Also food is good for price point. As well as portion size. Worth astop in if you are looking for a great place to catch your favorite hockey game and cheer on your team. Read more
First of all thanks for having veggie wings ????. I wanted to try out multiple sauces and even they don't mix and match, the... server was able to customize my order. The whole staff is very friendly. The dining area has a very sports bar vibe goingon. Now the food. the sauces , 4 of which I tried were all spectacular. Able to play around with my taste buds as I had hopedfor. The wings were crunchy and soft from inside. The delivery packet was cute too... Thanks and will be visiting again. Read more
Great food and service tonight with Jonny. I had a beef dip and I have to say out of the many restaurants I've had that dish in.... It's probably the best version I've had. Wife had some wings "there's definitely a reason why it's the restaurant name. Verygood and tasty wing" Service was perfect with an awesome atmosphere. Our server Jonny was fun to chat with and wasn'toverbearing or hard to find when needed. Thanks for the food guys we'll be back! Read more
