The food was good & the waiter tried to keep up with the service. However, at 1:00 they only had one person serving tables. He... was also responsible for cleaning take off. He had no help, yet I saw at least 4 other employees there. When we walked up, 2were out smoking, 1 sat us then walked away & you could here others talking but out if sight. There was 2 larger groups when wewalked in that I noticed, 2 smaller groups come in after us. Second time here, second bad experience, we won't be back to thislocation. Read more

I have reallllllyyyyyy tried to give this place the benefit of a doubt since I've worked in so many restaurants but every time I... have gone in the past 3 years it's been terrible. I'll comment on the most recent two visits and add in highlights of theothers. Last time: We walked in and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone approached the hostess stand to seat us. Aftergetting seated it took ten minutes for a server to come and get our drink order and then another 15 to get drinks. After that wedidn't see her until we found a manager and placed our food order. Thankfully the food came out quickly but that was the onlyplus. This time: Seated right away, restaurant was empty except for one table of ten. We were excited that we might actuallyget good service, but we were mistaken. Placed drink and app/kids food order (we have two toddlers and a teen and didn't wantthem to have to wait too long) and said we would order more food when the drinks got to us. We waited 20 min for one of theapps and then waited another 10 for the other app and the kids food order. It was at that time that the server asked if weneeded to order more food but there was no way that we wanted to wait another half an hour for our food to make it out. Read more
I went in to pick up a takeout order earlier tonight (the order had been placed one hour prior) and I was told it would still be... a 20 minute wait. I ordered 12 asian zing with the BOGO deal on Thursdays. Only received 6 wings in a pool of sauce. The wholebox was covered in sauce as well. Pretty upset that I only got half of the wings that I paid for and with this type of quality.Yikes. Y'all dropped the ball on this one Read more
The worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant before. Ordered delivery, did not receive all of our items. Manager was... unbelievably rude and refused to have them re-delivered. When I drove to the establishment, I had to wait on my items, as Iwaited all I could hear in the kitchen near the service counter was the F word being dropped left and right. Unprofessional. Ihave worked in the food industry a long time and never experienced poor management or service that this establishment has. Read more
