We have had too many poor experiences at this location. Speed of service is extremely poor. We waited 20 minutes in the pick up... lane only to be told to drive back around because our online order wasn?t ready. We then waited another 45 minutes to get backaround. Why couldn?t they make our order when I was at the window, after my scheduled pick up time was past, due to having towait 5 minutes per customer that was in front of me when I first arrived? Service can sometimes be a little slow (especially during busy hours), but overall Chipotle is a great place to eat. The meats... are all tasty, and their vegetarian menu is one of the best around. I like Chipotle the chain, and I like the drive-through pickup. However, this location does appear to be a bit dodgy. In... addition to a burrito I ordered a watermelon lime-aid, but when I arrived at the window I was informed that they could not fillmy drink order because... the lime-aid dispenser is in the dining room? In the 30 minutes between the time I placed the orderand my scheduled pick-up time an employee couldn't fill the cup from the machine in the dining room? Instead the employee triedto convince me to accept a coke product that I didn't want and didn't order. In the end I was given a number to call for arefund. Not sure why he couldn't refund my money right there. Not a human-centric experience! Moral of the story: skip thedrink because you won't get what you ordered and will end up wasting 5 minutes talking to a machine followed by a guy in Indiajust to get your $2 back. Sad! Read more
