my girlfriend and I just tried placing an order and everytime we tried to submit it it wouldn?t go through and it prompted us... to call the store, i tried calling the store and there was no response but we were almost at dominos so we just went inside toplace our order anyways because we thought they might be busy or having internet problems. The second we walked in as we werestill browsing the menu a man making the pizzas yelled out ?it?s going to be 20 minutes?? whoever just walked in!!!? that turnedme and my girlfriend off instantly and we just left. we don?t care about waiting for food but i don?t want someone to treat melike i?m an inconvenience when i?m patiently waiting and never once tried to rush them as i was just browsing the menu. i lovedominoes but will probably never get back if that?s how i?m going to be treated. Pretty decent pizza and breadsticks...but that's where it ends. Small portions on most everything else or just not good.
Our pizza was an hour later after it was suppose to be complete. When arriving at the window a gentleman asked for our name and... he did not see the order then left and went to do a delivery and never came back. The next lady that came to the window sheasked our name and just said we are backed up and it will be another hour after already waiting an hour. Her response was?there is nothing I can do? and slams the window. No sorry, no explanation nothing. Then after going back 20 mins later andtalking to the manager about how we were treated he just stated ?I will talk to her.? I understand business times are tough butbeing rude and not trying to be kind is unacceptable. Do not go to this location unless you want to be treated horribly. Read more
Place an order over the phone , get there go inside and a man at the counter says it?s about 5 min left! Went outside came back... in only to find out they never even started to make my order . The lady at the counter tells me he must of mistaken my order forsomeone else when I called a head of time and then she excepted me to wait another 20 mins ! This is why all of your customersare going to Pizza Hut , Hot Box any other pizza restaurant is better than this ! Read more
Multiple attempts to let them create a positive experience. They are always slow on delivery - which is tolerable if the pizza... doesn?t arrive cold. Most of the time something is wrong with the order. Today I got another cold pizza - on a pickup order thatwas stated as being ready just 2min prior. The pizza was incredibly dry, like they tried to use as little sauce as possible andseveral pieces with no toppings. They also forgot to provide sauces that were ordered (common problem). I have so many complaints about the recent three orders. Usually, it takes several minutes to find someone who can help you just... pass your pickup order from the shelf. Today, my pizza looks too weird to eat. The chicken and pineapple seem haven?t been bakedat all! They must be placed after the pizza is finished. Chicken is cold!!!! All the pizzas Ive ordered from this Domino's unit tasted bad in comparison with other Domino's units, and it always arrived... cold. But today was the final straw, as the vegetarian pizza I ordered had a small piece of meat thrown on top of it. Completereckless service, that simply can't be tolerated. Read more
