I made two separate orders, one without much warning that could be excused even after they agreed to complete it, and one with... 24 hr notice. The first time they didn't have any of the order completed and the second time only half was completed when I gotthere after the time I set. They're horribly organized and horribly slow. I've unfortunately never had a very good experience whenever I come here. I often either get food poisoning or my food just... doesn't taste right or maybe both. Perhaps I've just had bad luck from my visits here, but based on my experiences of eatinghere, I certainly cannot give it a 4 or 5 like everyone else has. Read more
