how do you manage have such good sandwiches but such bad service
Service sucks. Waited for 40 mins and they forgot to add the which is like half of the whole filling. When I told them they... pointed to a tiny piece of pepper and said what?s the problem. At that point i just left. Rly wanted to say ?you guysunderpaid??. Read more
Stood in line for half an hour just to receive the wrong sandwich. When they realized, the employees took it back to fix it.... However, the ?fixed? sandwich that I received was still incorrect. At this point, it had been 45 minutes so I did not botherwith asking them to redo it a second time. I?m sure that part of it has to do with the rush they had, but it was an unpleasantexperience. If I could give 0 star I would. Jersey Mike?s has always been very slow. Today especially took them an entire hour to get my hot... sub ready. I went in and checked because the people behind me had already gotten theirs.
