how do you manage have such good sandwiches but such bad service

Stood in line for half an hour just to receive the wrong sandwich. When they realized, the employees took it back to fix it.... However, the ?fixed? sandwich that I received was still incorrect. At this point, it had been 45 minutes so I did not botherwith asking them to redo it a second time. I?m sure that part of it has to do with the rush they had, but it was an unpleasantexperience. If I could give 0 star I would. Jersey Mike?s has always been very slow. Today especially took them an entire hour to get my hot... sub ready. I went in and checked because the people behind me had already gotten theirs. The worker there told me they don?thave my order and was not nice at all about the fact that my sandwich was still on the grill, turned out they didn?t even havemy order in. Read more
Seems This place is never open other then during campus dining hours and then there is a line a mile long good luck getting in... and out in a timely manner? can?t place orders online or by phone don?t waste your time? great for campus students I guessotherwise drive an hour to the next closest one?. After waiting in line for this store to open, I see signage go up around the store just moments before 5 p.m. that only cold... subs are to be served due to staffing shortages. I get it, everyone is short staffed these days, but if I had known that themenu was a fraction of what they normally offered (and what I really wanted), I would have gone elsewhere for a hot meal.Service is slow, work flow through line is cumbersome, and staff seemed confused when I ordered two sandwiches. First sandwich was a Jersey Shore Favorite regular size. Wonderful, as I expected of a sub. Not sure whether Mike's way is... amazing, but I did find it had decent taste. The time from walking in to receive my sandwich took approximately twenty minutes,but such considering college dining court times during the pandemic, it's not bad. Even if it wasn't the pandemic, I'm sure Iwould wait that long to receive a giant sized sub. Perhaps next round I'll go and see what a giant sub is like. Read more
