I think this might be the best deli place in town!
Anyone else tired of hearing the excuse that we are understaffed as a reason for poor customer service? We had placed a mobile... order for McAllister on the West side. We drove up to the window to pick it up and were told that they were having computerissues but they were preparing it now and to park in the a certain parking spot. 10 minutes later, they brought out the orderwithout drinks, so they had to go back. While we were waiting again, we noticed that it wasn't our order. When our drinks cameout, we told them and took back the order. We were then told that they would bring our correct order out promptly. Thirtyminutes later, I went in to find our order just sitting on the counter. I was given the excuse that they were short staffed. Icalled in to speak with the manager and was told that he wasn't taking calls. Read more
Been open a while now. Pretty good McAlister location. Soild good choice, better alternative for fresh sandwiches, similar... but different to panera. Baked potatoes are usually really good. Read more
Mac&cheese had a very different taste and my sub had meat pretty much in one glob,I've always had good food but tonight... disappointed ???? But another I wanted to bring up is there are a lot of people out there believe it or not that are Savvywith phones or computers I know a lot, ,what should they do ? In fact I didn't know I had to pre-order. My meal till I got thereand no place to order anything. You forget there are Seniors out there that don't have smart phones. If you're looking for a premium sandwich in the area, it's hard to beat McAlister's. They have a pretty large and unique... variety of sandwiches to choose from, and so far, every one I've tried has been excellent. If you want to order carry-out,beware of the very long wait times. The last time I went I was waiting about 25 minutes and was able to get through an entirechapter of a book. Read more
Employees are friendly, food is fresh and good, our orders have been correct except for forgetting auju one time, place is clean... and bright with many seating areas to choose from. A much welcomed healthier casual fast food option. Feels more like a sitdown dining experience than a typical fast food. If splurging on calories isn?t an issue the carrot cake is absolutely deliciouswith pieces of nuts, carrot, and raisins. Extremely moist and served cold. Read more
