2022: This place has turned to garbage. Doordash delivers despite ordering from pj website. They never deliver the food.... Horrible experience No way to communicate with the driver. 2018: I had a lovely experience ordering from this store. They werevery generous with the toppings too. It was baked to perfection. I went online to place an order with Papa Johns in West Lafayette, Indiana. I had a coupon that was valid for a large two... topping pizza for $9.99. It would not take my promo code when I was online to order. So I called the store and the gentlemanthat answered said the promo code was invalid. Then he said to hang up and call back and dial one. I said I spent 20 minutestrying to get this pizza with the coupon and I am not going to waste another minute on it. He did not offer me any help mewhatsoever! The food is always good. I never do pick-up, so I'm not sure of the friendliness and whatnot of the staff in the store, but the... delivery drivers are always incredibly nice. I wish delivery time was a little quicker, but they are located on a collegecampus, so I'm sure they are very busy. Overall, every experience I have had with them has been positive. Read more
