This location is quick and I never have any issues with my order. Abed is always so cheery at the drive through, even first... thing in the morning. The employees here go above and beyond and will even genuinely ask about your day! Read more

Just make sure you go in the correct entrance to get on the drive through line. It's a tight parking lot

Decent place to grab a coffee on sagamore parkway. This is located at the corner of Salisbury Street and it at near proximity of... the Kroger gas filling station which makes the location convenient. Read more

The service is always fantastic. The drive through is typically an absolute nightmare of a line at peak hours, but that's just... due to the realities of it's location. Read more

Overpriced but you know that if you go to star bucks. But 420 for a regular cup of coffee is getting out of hand. That being... said if was a good cup of joe but not someplace I would patronize if not for gift cards from friends that know how much I like acup of coffee Read more

Last time I ordered my ordinary drink, it came completely unsweetened. So I came inside the store and explained that the taste... was not right. The barista started to educate me that ? it is supposed to taste like it, and this drink is just less sweet?. Sheargued with me for 5 mins until I told her I order this every time. Horrible experience. Read more

While the morning rush was happening, my online order was ready on time, perhaps a little early. When I picked up my... Grande-sized drink, I noticed it was quite light. I opened it up and saw that it was roughly 80% full (see picture). I asked, and they said that "it must have been foamy and the whip cream disappeared". Now, I rarely buy drinks at Starbucks, but, when Ido, I splurge. But it seems nowadays the quality of the pours is shoddy for coffee that costs over $5. I'm critical of thisbecause I worked for one of the best Starbucks in northern Illinois (based on sales and customer satisfaction) for about 3 yearsin high school. Steaming and pouring milk is not that hard and every hot drink is made basically the same way. When steaming, foam just the top 10% of the milk in the container for about 5 seconds. Then, put the steaming rods at the bottom for theremainder of the steam. When done, grab your big metal spoon and hold back the foam while you pour so ONLY MILK comes out untilyou have about 1/2'' - 3/4" of room at the top. Add a little foam and whip if necessary. The drink should be heavy! People payfor a milk drink, not a foam drink, and no one is going to complain if it's filled to the top and whipped cream is coming out ofthe drink hole. Also, they probably won't complain if they have to wait a few moments longer if they're getting a quality drink. It's possible to deliver quality and quantity - and people should advocate for this. Thankfully, the barista remade the drinkfor me. Read more
