The date is 10/21/22. Time is 8:37pm. After sitting in line for almost 45min and watching several employees coming in and out of... the store, I finally make it to where I can make an order. However before I even have a chance to speak, I was told they ranout of food and that all the employees quit and walked out, leaving one person left. Back again with an updated review and unfortunately it?s not a good one. Listen I don?t like leaving bad reviews, I know that... 90% of the issues that places have aren?t the employees fault but, I have tried to go to this Taco Bell location 2 times thispast month and I have not been able to order anything. The first time is was because y?all were out of large tortillas and theMexican pizza ingredients (that part is understandable) and this last time the registers were frozen so they couldn?t take anyorders. Today is 04/21/2022, this is a poor excuse for a restaurant! This store needs a better manager aswell as a motivated crew I've... been in the drive thru that is completely wrapped around the building now, 2 cars have been served in 30 minutes, and theyclosed the lobby for dashers and Uber drivers. And have disconnected the phone line to ignore customers, this should not beexceptable, and action needs to be taken against the one in charge for allowing this to happen, I've never seen such a poordisplay of of customer service in my life time this is outright ridiculous. Worst experience yet. I spent $45 on this food and this is what I received. Spoke with the manager (Amy), she didn?t even... apologize or offer any replacement or refund. Just told me to request a refund from Grub Hub if I wasn?t happy with the food.These are supposed to be ?supremes? with all the fixings. Worst yet, this is a party pack. Read more
Stopped at this Taco Bell on the way back from Battle Ground. I ordered two chipotle chicken burritos. I watched the guy make... them, and they looked incredible. Definitely would make the trip to this store over the one on Teal Road again. Read more
