AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Garbage service took the lady at the drive through 40 seconds to enter 2 chicken quesadillas and they... couldn't even make those right. Never spend your money here. The manager denied us service saying we had "attitude" for making them aware they were ignoring mobile order line. Literally had... corporate on the phone and they said they were in the wrong lol taco bell is clearly such a terrible place to work no wonderthey can't keep anyone. Read more

I wish i could give no stars. Maybe I?m old fashioned, but i do believe that when you walk into a restaurant there should be... someone behind that counter that greets you or is there to take your order. This facility is all touch screens and no humans upfront. Ok, fine I?ll try to figure out how to use the screens. I only had cash on me and they didn?t have any change in thedrawer so i got all quarters and dimes. Fine, i guess. I realize that while learning to use the screens i forgot to order drinksand i asked the lady that came up to give me change about it and she pretty much ignored me. Like i guess that?s my own problemfor being an elder millennial and not knowing how to use the screens right. My mothers order wasn?t quite right and she hasspecial dietary needs so she went to get the problem fixed and the person who was making the orders was yelling at her tellingher that she was wrong and that he could pull the order up right now and show her how it was ordered. Which was never even theissue. Maybe if there would have been a human being at the counter in the first place we could have had a better comprehensionof the order before ordering it. In any case, he was extremely rude and not helpful in any way. We will never go back. If youstop in, only go drive thru. At least you?ll have a human being and not just a screen. Read more
The food was good HOWEVER the man in the suspenders for some unknown reason literally took his hands out of the window and hit... my car a couple times. I'm assuming bc I didn't immediately drive off bc I was putting my drink that he forgot to give me in mycup holder. REGARDLESS YOU SHOULD NOT HIT SOMEONES CAR THAT YOU DONT EVEN KNOW. Great staff, quick service for how busy it was , food was very fresh ,tacos were full. Cant wait for these guys to have a whole... new building and space ! This staff deserves a new store ! Read more
The new Taco Bell opened up recently. They?ve clearly been training new people and gaining more staff. They get slammed a lot... and have done a decent job keeping up. I haven?t had to wait more than 5 minutes for them. As for the girl below saying theyrefused her service because she had an attitude, it?s because she did. She maybe waited 5 minutes at the mobile order line (it?snew so the staff probably isn?t as use to it yet). She got out of the car to go over to the other menu line and screamed at thelady on the headset and called her verbatim a ?fucking bitch? after the lady had apologized for not switching over, so I can seewhy they denied her service. I would have, too. Her and the guy driving her were aggressive from the start considering theytailgated us into a Taco Bell, but it must have been urgent to get some tacos?
