It is a service that cannot be evaluated. Their part-timer offers a disastrous level of service. Forgetting the ordered menu is... a basic option when you visit, and it takes over 2 hours to have a food you order. They don?t know how to say apologize. Pleasenever expect they visit your table to check what you need. Read more

Horrendous service. Food is just fine but that's about it. Would never visit again. One of the server is the daughter of the... chef so she is not going to get fired. No wonder she doesn't give a damn???? Read more

We are new to Korean food. I ordered bibimbap which was pretty good. Wife ordered the spicy tripe soup. When it came with... intestines instead we asked why it wasn't tripe. Waitress argued that tripe is intestines. I wasn't aware that Korean tripe=nottripe. Read more

Right off the bat I was greeted with two friendly waitresses who were happy to explain some of the dishes that I never seen... before. The place itself is clean, well-lit, and has a good taste in terms of decor. The food was excellent! I will be comingagain Read more

We had a lovely dinner at Xin. The staff was attentive and patient with our large family (multiple kids!) The food was... outstanding-- our six year old kept saying "this is the best soup I've ever had." He also said that he wanted to "live and work"there. It was a great experience and we'll be back for certain! Read more

Don't be intimidated by the Mandarin-heavy signs out front. Xin has a good variety of foods that should sate just about... anyone. They have the typical "American" style Chinese dishes like Kung Pao, and Beef with Broccoli, but they also have somemore interesting Chinese and Korean dishes. I found the Boken Champon to be very good (they tell you that it is spicy, but Ididn't find this to be true). The Salt & Pepper Prawns and Sweet and Sour Pork are also very tasty. Prices are good for lunchtime, typically $8-$10 per dish. Dinner prices are pretty high, around $15-$20 for the same thing. We ordered carry out and itprobably took 15-20 minutes for them to prepare the food, so it definitely isn't super quick. Read more

We got a variety of dim sum and the unlimited hot pot. It?s a very nicely put together restaurant, and the staff are friendly.... However, the service is incredibly slow. We waited 45 minutes before anyone came to our table to ask if we wanted drinks. Weordered two items off the dim sum menu, and they were out of those. Asked for two other items. They were also out of those. Andfinally resorted to just spring rolls and dumplings. The dumplings were mediocre, at best, and the spring rolls were overcooked. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes before any food was brought out. Finally, the hot pot came out, and itspresentation was poor. Food was just piled on the plates on top of other items. Both broths in the pot were very bland.Altogether, it wasn?t an experience I?d recommend to anyone, especially for the price. It was advertised as ?All you can eat hotpot - $29.95?. Little did we know, that?s per person. And it is definitely not worth that amount. I?ve been to many other hotpot restaurants all over the country, and the price of this hot pot was way to high for what you get. I wouldn?t recommend goinghere unless you want to be disappointed.
