Visited this location today and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for some "fast food". When I finally got my food, not... only were my fries cold and soggy but my burger was completely raw and inedible. Extremely unhappy and will never return unlessit's for a refund for inedible food and no customer service as not 1 employee apologized for the very obvious wait time. Read more
absolutely awful customer service. was ordering breakfast at 1015 and it took a whole 15 minutes for the counter to accept my... card. was there a day before and it was completely offline. i hit the assistance button at 1020 and waited ten minutes forsomeone to come help me. i went to the front right before 1030 and the manager (who was incredibly rude) said she wouldn?t takeme order because it was right at 1030. (right after i watched her take another person so ordwr for breakfast) i asked why shewouldn?t be able to as i had already placed my order at the kiosk 15 minutes ago and her card machine was at fault for me notbeing able to order and she became VERY irate and rude to me. would not let me get my breakfast after waiting waiting all thattime for HER machine to work. if i could rate less than one star i would. They used to have the best, freshest fries and used to brag how great they were. That was before covid- now I am disgusted. 3pm... on Friday ordered fries, fish filet, chicken nuggets, and Big Mac? all of them were sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Willnever return. Read more
The absolute worst customer service ever, but to be completely honest you can never expect good service from McDonald?s. I... ordered two McChickens. Paid at the first window and kindly asked for a receipt, she ignored my request and said ?NEXT WINDOWMA?AM!? Rolling her eyes and talking with extreme and unnecessary attitude. I said again can I please have my receipt and she,again in a nasty attitude said you can get it at the next window. So I pull up to the next window, and the manger gives me myfood and I again kindly asked if there was any way I could get my receipt. She laughs and then with a wet, and I mean completelywet receipt, says ?oops sorry it?s kind of wet? - at this point I low key feel like it?s on purpose but whatever. I quickly gotover it because it?s not important BUT THEN I open my food and one has buns that are mangled with Mayo and lettuce not even onthe sandwich and both have chicken that was so hard that it was like eating a hockey puck or that it?s been sitting under a heatlamp for 5 days... not even edible it was so dry and this was during a lunch hour where there should be constant ?fresh? food.Won?t be back to this location. This is an update for 10/10/21. The dining room is not open but for take-out orders. See the pics. Oine it says they have it... open but the chairs are stacked, drink station is taped off and seating areas are taped too. There is no signs and theirstatement on Google is misleading. Seniors are being poorly treated. They have almost doubled the price of a senior coffee. Theprice is only 11 cents under the regular small coffee. This location smells bad too and there is a large area flooded with blueliquid. It appears to be coming from the restroom. Read more
This is why McDonald?s continues to struggle with sales. I ordered a large fry and I got half full container not to mention the... staff are completely rude. Maybe if you employees what to earn more money they take their job a bit more serious. This is notjust limited to the west lake location either. The one on burnet and barker are the same caliber of employees as well as thestandards on their drive thru to go orders. Read more
Terrible Mcdonalds with slow-unfriendly workers. Food here is always sub-par compared to other locations. There's a reason no... one is ever in the drive through.. the locals all avoid it. Most of the food I've ordered you can tell has been sitting out forhours and was not made fresh. Just look at these photos.. worst fries I've ever had...
